One thing i have noticed on Aarthi Consultants Private Limited website that SVPCL name in again in their list under Forthcoming Public Issues. I m thinking that they r going to give allotment definetely to those who havent sent their aplication to withdraw form.

After this issue and previous before like Saamya etc , we must take care of Registrar like Aaarthi Consultants. Never apply to IPO where Registrar = Aaarthi Consultants. They are the most idiot type of Registrar and always take fake and dull companies.

We should all be thankful to Aaarthi Consultants and SVPCL
for teaching us a lesson not to invest in such fly by night
companies without first thoroughly going through its
fundamentals.

Yes you are right. Nothing to be panicky about, especially
in this bull run. I too sent it by email, fax and courier.
But they dont respond to my telephonic queries. It looks
like the unsubscribed portion will be taken care of by
underwriters. Anyways, lets not worry about it any longer

yeah right. but unfortunately i will not get allotment :) . i m 200% sure. i have sent my withdrawal application by all mediums i.e fax courier and email. Also i called them asking about status of application. They told me that they have cancelled my form already. Anyhow dont b panic if someone get allotment. Company is not that much bad.

They seem to be upto some mischief. Thats the reason they
are not responding to emails/fax or any other queries.
Lets wait and see what they are upto. By the way the
fundamentals of the issue are not that bad. Its only a
bit overpriced. In case of unfortunate allotment, we may
be able to recover our money when the next academic year
starts ie., March/April, as they are in the business of
stationeries

How can they allot shares and ist it when 60% or more have requested for withdrawal of form ? I dont think they can do allotment.

I just called up (13/Dec/07 at 3:53 PM). The lady is saying that the shares will be alloted on 15th Dec and company will get listed on 19th Dec. What is the truth God Knows

Yes u r right. Refund will be made only if Duly signed physical copy of application cancellation is Provided to Aarthi Consultant. If u do a fax or registered post , it will be accepted. This Aarthi Consultant is big choor. i have mentioned it many times. For my form withdrawal, i sent them fax 3 times. Two times they said they didnt got it. Sab mile hue hain.

It's a confusion. Yesterday I called Aarthi Consultant's office to enquire about Application withdrawal and Refund of Money.
The lady said that it's going to get listed on 15th Dec ??? Surprising, isn't it, when stock exchanges are having holiday (15th Dec is Saturday) on that day it's going to get listed.
I think Aarthi consultants and SVPCL have taken Investors for Granted. I will never invest in company for whom Aarthi Consultants is Registrar for Issue.
For your Info, Refund will be made only if Duly signed physical copy of application cancellation is Provided to Aarthi Consultant

Hi, What if anyone doesn't withdraw at this time. What will happen?
