Hi,
I think SEBI should take steps on its own. It is nearly 3 months now. Is SEBI a watchdog to safeguard investors interest? If yes, why is it sleeping on this? Mails to svpcl and arathi remain unanswered.

I had written a strong mail to Aarthi, now they have replied with this mail.

Dear Sir / Madam,

With reference to your mail regarding the
allotment of shares in SVPCL Ltd, we would like
to inform that the allotment of shares in
SVPCL-IPO has not been completed. As advised
by SEBI, a public notice giving the
clarification on QIB allocation in the IPO has
been published on 4-12-2007. The company has
completed all necessary formalities in this
regard. The basis of allotment will be finalized
shortly in consultation with the Bombay Stock
Exchange Ltd.

However the company will pay
interest to all the applicants @ 15 % p .a, for the delay in allotment /
refund beyond 10.11.2007 as per SEBI guidelines.

Can you confirm when the amount will be credited.

Hey guys,
Are these Aarthi guys not aware of the agony we are going thru.
Even i dont understand why SEBI is not reacting, and when they have already come-out with a notice and we have already sent out our withdrawal application, they are not refunding our amount instead these goons are changing their words each time we call them.
I dont think this is the proper way of doing business.
SVPCL has lost its name and Aarthi consultants are also losing their pride(provided if they have any?)
What wud happen if register a FIR when SEBI itself is in a deep SLUMBER.
Now I believe only GOD can wake them up.

@ all investors of this 3rd grade ipo
guys its high time we take a serious step against aarthi consultants and svpcl limited .when they have the audicity to not give us one fixed date for refund/allotment...then why did they enter in stock market....what do they think us to be ...donkeys or what...i really want to sue the company itself..bastards of the 1st order

I had applied for 9 small applications in SVPCL public issue...I have not recieved any intimation nor any allotment report..Where is my money lying???i dont know what should i do?????when will i recieve my refund orders?

SEBI is in even deeper slumber. They do not even acknowledge our complaints. So there is nothing we can do about it other than just wait and watch. But one thing is clear. They cannot just run away with our money, otherwise they would not have come with the revised prospectus and giving us an option to withdraw, which seems to indicate somewhere some rules and some system is still working.

How long this mouse-cat chase will go on. Look Boys we all are fed up with all the time changing statements and false assuarance by aarthi consultants. How can they be so mean? What is sebi doing in this matter, god knows.

till what day we need to wait for refund or allotments ?? ?

I spoke to Aarti Consultants today and they say that the Refund as well as the allotment will be on Wednesday. Lets see how many more days they make us wait for our money...

i want to cancel my SVPCL IPO application. Can i do this or is late?

I think there is some miscommunication,(194. kumar) can you check again, As i checked in morning and they told allotment would be in Jan 2008 only.

Have spoken to Aarthi. They say by Monday they will credit the refund through ECS. And they are starting allotment from today or tmorrow. But there is no circular in NSE site!!!!!
