SEBI should come to Investors' rescue & save their money.Neither the company nor the Registrars to the Issue are responding to tele calls regarding the latest on the allotment/refund.
The company should come out honestly on the pending issue, lest it will definitely face innumerable complaints/legal cases therby incur further monetory loss.

Allotment would be in Mid Jan 08, They are reprocessing IPO, I guess its happing first time in the hisotry of IPO. Can't wait, henceforth i wont call Aarthi.

Wednesday is gone , whats next date now ?

While chassing to registar through e-mail I got reply that the
process of allotment & refunds with interest/ withdrawals with interest would be over by 14th December’ 2007 but till today no progress has been seen.It is about 3 months has passed ,I think now we should proceed for legal action.

We have applied for 1000 share at the time of issue. but still we could not receive the refund as well as share. As circulate the withdrawn option we have applied the same and send to you request by mail on 11.12.2007 but still no any response recd. from your site. requested to you please provide to me my refund.
