This kind of bogus companies should be banned doing business, media like CNBC, CNN IBN, NDTV needs to dig into these type of issues, then only others will learn. Anyway our money stuck there for more than two months.

Companies like Aarthi should be banned from doing any sort of business. I told the person concerned that if there is any problem then at least the said company or the said registar should issue a public notice to keep the investors informed about the happenings. They do not even reply the emails.
I really thrashed that person on phone but all the time she was repeating 'sorry sir, sorry sir'. I told her to let us know the final date, she said that within a weeks time everything will be done.
Hope it is really done.

I talked on phone to the persons of Aarthi, they said that
SEBI is not giving them some authority letter due to which it is getting delayed. I asked about the refund they said that the shares will be alloted in a weeks time.
Lets hope for it.

Regarding SVPCL ISSUE....please send email to SEBI TO REFUND THE MONEY with INTEREST...WE DO NOT WANT ALLOTMENT AS WE WILL FACE MAJOR LOSS ON THE DATE OF LISTING.............

Nobody can run away with the money that has been put in an Escrow Account. Either the investors have to be refunded or shares to be alloted. Those who are not aware of Escrow account, may please surf the net and find out what it is. If that is possible, I mean issuing an IPO and run away with the money, there would have been innumerable case in a country like ours. So rest assured nobody can run away with the money put in an Escrow account.

Hey Guys,

I've written a mail to SEBI complaining the delay in the repayment from SVPCL. Lets see what they do.. Happy new year to one and all. I wish you all an early refund from SVPCL.

I called them up today, they said refunds will be done in next 3 working days.
