i dont think so there will be Any allotment...as it did over subscribe many times and many of them have already received REFUND.....So the chances of allotment is very few...

Friends, If there is any allotment of SVPCL, It will be difficult for us to sell the shares of the company, if the pubic becomes aware of this company through different kinds of media. It will make the situation worst. We shall contact only to SEBI, regarding this matter.

Those who have not recd the refund order till today, please lodge complaints with SEBI immediately. The website www.sebi.gov.in and go to investors guidance and thence to investors complaints. Please fill up the field you will receive the acknowledgement by post. Thereafter you can follow it up in SEBI's website.
If more and more investors are loding complaints, then SEBI will be hard pressed mover their ass and do something. Please lodge it today itself.

Does anyone has email address of PRESSRELEASE or emails of Business newspapers and magazines.....LET THE PUBLIC BE AWARE ABOUT THE ROLE OF SEBI AND AARTHI CONSULTANTS.......

I have sent the request for refund on 5th December 2007 by
e mail, fax and post. I have been reminding them on a daily
basis. No response from Bhaskar (Aarthi consultants). I have also sent complaints to SEBI - no response from them either. I
have applied for 200 shares and paid Rs. 11,250/- through
Geojith. Even Geojith is not replying. My application number
is 8034038.

I have applied for 500 shares and have sent an application for withdrawal through Email, but they havent reverted back. Its time for all of us to come together and fight for our loss. Because united we will definately stand.

Hi everyone .......... I'm so glad to inform u all that today I got my refund along with interest ..... finally it has happened ..... hope everyone else too gets their refund....

previosuly i am not apply refund then what i will do........ Every time that company told within two days the allotment is over i do not know which two days more than 100 days over i thing that money was lost

I VE ASKED THE ARTHI CONS, THEY ARE TELLING THE ALLOTMENT WILL BE DONE AFTER MONDAY 14 JAN. IS THERE ANY POSSIBILITY OF GETTING REFUND AT THIS POINT ? IF NOT APPLIED EARLIER.

Tuesday's Bus Standard has Public Notice that SEBI received complaints that SVPCL is a benami IPO made by one K.V Reddy. K.V Reddy was promoter in two vanishing companies in past. Why option of withdrawl of funds in not being offered to investors? Looks like investors will lose money in SVPCL. Since this notice has come on Tuesday 8th,SEBI should give option to investors to withdraw their investment. I am writing to BSE seeking refund of my investment.

I had APPLIED FOR SVPCL IPO QTY. 1000 shares & APPLICATION NO. 2286543 & 2286559.
Till date , there is no allotment/ refund advice
On tele , they told about refunds from This Monday
