SEBI IS NOT DOING ANY THING IT IS REALLY SAMEFULL FOR ALL OF US AND ALL GOVERMENT BECASUSE WE ARE THE ONE WHO PUT TRUST ON SEBI AND INVEST IN IPO THAT RUNS THE COMPANY LATTER ON IF WE BEEN CHEATED BY SOME IDIOTS THEN WHO WILL INVEST IN IPO I THINK THIS THING IS ONLY HAPPEN INDIA WHERE THERE IS NO SUCH A LAW WHERE SEBI IS SLEEPING. THIS IS AN INCUROGEMENT TO THE PEPOPLE LIKE SVPCL. I ALREADY SEND NOTICE TO REGISTRAR AND MANAGEMENT OF IPO FOR THE FRAUD AND THEY WILL BE IN PRISON FOR 6 MONTH TO 5 YEARS IF THEY ARE IN GUILTY AS PER MY LAWYER I AM NOT DOING FOR MONEY BUT IT IS FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ARE DOING FRAUD WITH INOCENT PEOPLE PL GIVE YOUR COMMENT HERE AND TAKE LEAGLE ACTION IMMIDIATLY BEFORE TO LATE AND INFORM TO THE NEWSPAPER AND PRESS AS WELL AND GIVE SVPCL A LESSON

Guys I think we all should file a case against company's like these along with their lead managers and registrars as well in the court of law and the entire expense intially should be shared ny all of us but for all this we should have a common platform though I have not invested in this issue but can happen in future with me as well and we should make a sort of association where we all should become the members to screw the company's like this....?

Sale chor hai. We must write to Times of India that SVPCL has swindeled our money. Make police complaint, only then the cheats will be caught.

I agree with Raj. The money is lost. BSE is designated stock exchange where the company has to keep deposit for IPO. If all of use ask for refund from BSE atleast money from deposit will come to us. We have to go to press to put pressure on company to refund our money.

No use of calling those people, All those of you living close to Aarthi consultants can go there and ask them. It would be much effective

hi i have invested 56250 in svpcl ipo. but not receive any share and refund . i heard that some people get refund. any one can help me to get my refund back?i regular call aarti consultant but that lady always tell that with in 2 days u will get share or money but up to till i dont get.

but most of people have got refund..how come u guys are left out...if u had sent application for withdrawal of funds thru email,fax and courier..u can call up aarthi consultants...if they have received ur app..they are bound to send u the refund...i had to call up thrice..and be quite harsh with them...u guys also follow the same procedure...all the best..do let me know if it worked out

Are we supposed to apply for a refund to get it or is it being given to all. I applied thro' ICICIDirect

Does anyone has the information of any other IPO in the past that had under performed? I dont think that we will lose our money, if there is no allotment. But if there is any allotment then this scrip will definately under perform and we might have to lose our money.

I think that our funds must be safe till now, maybe that we do not get the interest, I do not care for the interest.

I do not understand why SEBI is not taking any fast action and making thousands of people suffer for a few number of fraud people.

it looks some people on icicidirect also got the refunds.
i applied thru icicidirect.
no info abt the allotment and there is no refund also.
we r missing a chance to buy.
things are at good rates to buy today.

There was a Public Notice in Business Standard that SEBI has got complaint that SVPCL is a Benami IPO. Friends if we send letter to BSE seeking refunds as a result of this notice,BSE will have to refund our money.

I think by now they have become immune to mails or phones. Can I request any of you staying in Hyderabad to go there personally and get the real picture. It will be of great help.

till today no allotment has been done. is there any other path to get the money back?
