Hello, how to claim the amoutnt for SVPCL IPO. I ivested amount for 125 shares, but I was waiting for the IPO listing, and there no sign of listing, and I did not fax them for the refund. Can anyone help me out to recover the amount. Thanks in advance!

IF YOU GOT YOUR REFUND THEN YOU ARE LUCKY. HOW YOU PURSUED THE MATTER. DID YOU GOT THRU ECS OR VIA REFUND ORDER? GIVE ME THE NAME OF MERCHANT BANKER.

i have applied seven family members each for 500 shares. Aarthi has not repled my request sent through fax to refund my ap-plication money. I have made several telephonic call to Aarthi Consultants which they reluctantly reply that refund/ allotment will be done shotly. I will do whatever fellow investors take decision in this regard.

I had emailed aarthi as well as lodged a complaint with sebi but to no avail. Does this mean that sebi or someine in sebi is hand in glove with the promoters to cheat invsetors of the money?

I think they are fooling us, when i spoke to them last, they told me that refund will be done by the end of this week. They are just playing with our money. GUYS WE DO NEED TO DO SOMETHING REALLY THICK AND FAST>

Ravi,no use emailing to SEBI as SEBI is involved in the fraud. It is better to contact Investors Grievances Forum on 21634152 / 21639649 and lodge a complaint.

Today i spoke to aarthi consultants... they said they will give the money on 28th. I dont understand the whole procedure... Can anyone share the SEBI URL wid me... so that we can teach these Bastards some lesson...?

Few days ago, I wrote in this space that we have to complain against this company in SEBI. I have complained in SEBI's web site and thereafter, yesterday, I received the refund order from SVPCL with interest. My advise is those who have not received the refund order so far to complain with SEBI.

Investors have remedy under Section 60B and Section 62 of Companies Act to seek damages from company, the Board of Directors in individual capacity and from Merchant Bankers for misrepresentation and suppression of information. Under the Companies Act all investors can seek damages. Let us seek damages from company by filing suit and seek damages as well as refund of money.

It is not the time to say Hi. It is the time for us to come together and file a complaint against such fraud people. SEBI too is not interested in helping us.
I havent received any communication from aarthi consultants nor from SEBI. It seems that SEBI too has tied up with aarthi consultants.
The company may tell us to wait for few days and run away with our money. Kind request to all do not wait at all. Do whatever you can at the earliest. I am planning to go to the court of law, which will atleast allow them to use our money in the wrong way.
Hope that everybody does the same and puts the pressure on the company to refund our money.

THIS IS CHEATING! I CONTACTED SANDEEP MANKAD THE CONTACT PERSON WITH THE MERCHANT BANKER AND HE IS SAYING ASK UTI! UTI SAYS CONTACT COMPANY. COMPANY SAYS WAIT FEW DAYS. WE NEED TO FILE CRIMINAL COMPAIN AGAINST COMPANY, REGISTRAR, MERCHANT BANKER AND SEBI.

Seems BSE has refused permission for listing to SVPCL. Newspaper had a notice that SVPCL is a Benami IPO by one K.V.Reddy who has defrauded investors in Nayagara Paper Products and Nayagara Technologies. K.V Reddy is the brother of K.Mallikarjuna Reddy who is the Managing Director of SVPCL. Money can only be recovered if criminal complaint is filed against SEBI and company for fraud.

Dear friends, There no need to wait because it is high time now. The people who tell us to wait must be some relatives of aarthi consultants or one of the culprits in the SVPCL IPO case.

Hey friends dont only tell aarthi consultants that we are going to take some legal action but tell them that we are firm on our decision, dont use the word some.
Kind request to all the friends over here, Do not bang your heads. We should see to it that the registrar and the board of Directors, bang their heads and those heads break.
