it is confirm news but still the investors are making huge lost because who apply for the refund by fax and email they also get the allotement so please please do not wait till listing date and take a leagal action with the proof of email and fax that u send to the SVPCL as per advertise they made last month then only u will get refund alotement means lost of 90% of your hard money

All SVPCL refunds / allotment will be done by the next week, This is a confirmed news. SEBI has finally cleared and even BSE and NSE have accepted the svpcl proposal.

No friends, Vinay is wrong. Legally the company has to make allotment within 15 days. Infact as per Company law, since the comapny has not made allotment for more than 4 weeks company has to make refund. This is legal position but who will spend for court case.

hi friends we dont have any way to go. ok today i called aarti consultant and they say u have to take allotment not shares bcoz this ipo was not so over subscribed. have patients. we cant do any thing.not legaly bcoz we have invested not forcely.company can prove that. but if company will not give us shares in month of january we can get help of law. just wait. now share market ............................

I have to agree with Market taykon. Money is lost. We are not in a position to take legal action so lets take it as a loss and forget this horrible SVPCL IPO.

yster i faxed them nearly 25 times.. but seems nothing is fruitful. No response from them. I applied for 750 shares but seems i will loose big chunk of money in this. Dunno whether we wil get our money back or not. Already send mail/complaints to SEBI and Aarthi but all went into vain. Hope some big shot comes into picture and do something. Pray!!!

i did not apply fro refund, when offer was open, in december.

If svpcl lists then we are bound to lose our money. We should compell aarthi consultants to get the full refund of our investment.

Yesterday I telephoned to AARTHY CONSULTANT. They informed that the issue is pending and will resolve next week. No chance of refund.

Mr Shankar, it is no use to contact Merchant Banker as they are hand in glove with company. But you can contact Lisa Shah at UTI on 09967435085 and Mr Rohilla at BOB Capital on 09833103746. Our money is lost as share will surely fall on listing. Only way to recover money is to ask for full refund. I have written to registrar seeking refund.

i think this pepole did a big fraud with all the investores who applied for ipo now they might not be in the position to give any one refund as market cress and their phone line in not working no email answering may be company bankrups so i am advising u all that please do not talk, take leagal action otherwise u can not get yr money back.pl write to your news paper and press and send email to ndtv,star news and others please take an action this is your hard money and u get refund by now and if u invest in good fundamental company u will get 5 to 10 times return in next 3 to 4 month
