I request any one person who know well know advocate who can get back ours money so we will fight togethere and i have visited the company also and met one person reddy he sis repeting saying taht they are going to list on 30-01-2008 but nothing like so . i request all the investor to come forward and fihgt with them.

Yr Complaint Ref. No. S/IGG/64002 dt.3.12.2007. The matter is being taken up with SVPCL. A reminder is also sent to SVPCL.

We have been informed by Aarthi Consultants that whoever asks for refund, the amount is being refunded. The process is going on. A Mail will be sent to you in this regard on getting necessary information from Aarthi consultants.

pl do not wait for the refund or alltement i donot think any one get there money because, after 3 month if any company do not give refund it is non the less but bankrupt so please take strong legal action and fight for finish, pleae inform sebi and local news papper and ndtv and star news channel this ipo is bogus, and cheating with poor investor, pl learn the lesson to the directors, ipo issuer and all responsible many thanks and wish u all very best

I AM ALSO ONE OF THE VICTIM OF SVPCL. THIS IS VERY SAD EXPERIENCE WITH IPO. I AM STILL DONOT HAVE ANY RAY OF HOPE THAT SVPCL WILL SEND ALLOTMENT/REFUND BY FEBRUARY

i dont understand why this issue is late listing otherwise you may refund it soon is any company performance problem rectify it and give reply to me

I still haven't received the refund. My application number is: 8040958. Can someone please tell me whom should I contact. I even sent an refund application to the registrar.
