our group got the refund with interst, that means as soon as notice of legal action goes to svpcl office they give u refund otherwise sit on your hard money so please please do take leagal action, send them email send sebi email and give it to the press this company not going to be listed because still after 3 month sebi is not give them permission for listing so that they will give u refund if u are hard with them it is your money u have to decide how to get them, in today value of your money in short term u will get at least 50% return because market is rising so please take leagal action or forget your money

This is regarding to SVPCL IPO process.

We have applied for this IPO on 26 th Oct 2007(Last Year) . But we did not get any response from registrar or Company about allotment process.

Whenever calling to arthi consultant always got a one reply.....""We will surely do allotment shortly , just after two days".

But these two days never complete.

Who will Authorized for this money???

Is there any Regularity Board / Rules for this kinds of IPO / Consultancy??

We are not getting any reply from any where ............

SVPCL has been refused listing by BSE and SEBI. Company has run away with money.Everybody has been cheated.

please let us know the exact date of SVPCL listing or allotment?

i send mail to sebi and arthi i never get any information from both. we all cheated by svpcl company. why sebi allowed this company for ipo, sebi not taken any action, why, what happen to sebi? I think sebi doesnt care about investors, I never trust sebi, again i never invest on ipo. I suffered lot. God only help us.

dear friends. today i call aarthi counsltant. they say that sebi neither refuse nor accept the application of allotment.they cant refund money back.so plz do some regular send ur application to sebi, svpcl, aarti counsultant if u want ur money back but no respponce this is company manager personal number keep calling him and told ur problem if he receive ur call. best of luck. very difficult to get money back

Dear Sushil and fellow investors, The news about listing is false. In fact BSE has refused listing to the company due to fraud. Just write to the Registrar for refund by Registered AD and keep AD as proof. This will help in filing the case against the company as Sushil has suggested. Since company is refusing to refund money even after refusal by BSE for listing, there is no option but to file a case against company or our money is lost.
