SEBI SAYS:We have been informed by Aarthi Consultants that whoever asks for refund, the amount is being refunded. The process is going on.....

FACT:it is more than 3months now..inspite of hundereds od email and fax...Aarthi Consultants has not refunded the amount to investors !

WHAT IS THE ROLE OF SEBI IN INVESTOR PROTECTION...................???????

IF A APPROPRIATE ACTION IS NOT TAKEN WITHIN 24 HOURS.....WHOLE OF MEDIA WILL KNOW ABOUT THIS ROLE OF SEBI.........

any idea when the refund or allotment will start.

pl kindly forget yr money because sending email is not worth they just ignore it so pl take leagal action on them if you wont all yr money back this is a game which all involve on it including sebi. we send them a leagal notice and they reply and send us cheque with interst, i advice u this while ago hope u can realise that if you have money in hand u can by rl power at this level or at 300 in next few session wish u all the very best

i have writtn several mail to sebi svpl aarthiconsultants and i am calling daily about my withdrawal money but the are saying wait for weak

Thank you RACHITA(443) for sending a template of mail. I have already send them 25 mails to all the address provided here but to my dismay i dint received a single response from this people. We are struck up with this people. And guys! see the thing, some QIB's have invested in this but they got there money wid Int. as they back from SVPCL long back, I got to know from sources. I think this IPO was just to make money from small investors by fooling them each day by saying allotment/refund is tomo , day after and after. All the people who are reading it please make a point and send mails to this S**t people. I am jus loosing hopes of getting after such a long time. Dunno when can we hear good news of getting our money back.

In this regard i will request you to look into the matter and see why our hard earned money is not returned by the said compane or said Registrar, who ever is responsible for that.
It is really shameful on your part that you don't take an appropirate action that results in the harrasment of thousands of investors. I think you have forgotten your job and your duty towards public.
If there is any technical problem with the company or the IPO, then it is very simple that the investors should be returned their money. However the company and the registrar is saying that they can't return money. It is really disgusting that the organisations like yours are the root cause of all the corruption and other negative aspects of our economy.
It really hurts when we see that in our country a simple issue like this is not solved from so many months. Let me refresh your memmory that the said IPO came in market in October 22, 2007 to October 26, 2007, If you think that it is not enough time for you to decide whether the public should be returned their money, then i am really sorry.
I hope if you have a little bit of conscience, then you will definitely look into the matter and see that the hard earned money of thousands of innocent investors do not go to the hands of these bloody crooks like SVPCL or Aarthi Consultants.

I had written a harsh mail to sebi and svpcl aarthi consultants.. Now the sebi has taken some action and told me to lodge a complaint to the following address.

friends today i get letter from svpcl.they say bse has denie to list svpcl. that y such problem create.there is no use to cry. go to www.m.c.a.comthis is gov site.send ur complain there.i have also get the letter from m.c.a they say send ur proof and they will ban the company

Below is the reply from aarthi after sending harsh mail from me.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This has reference to your mail on SVPCL Ltd. We would like to inform that:

1) There was delay in allotment/refund due to the compliance with SEBI
directives requiring the company inter alia to give the clarification on
the inadvertant disclosure made regarding allocation of shares to QIBs in
the IPO. The company had completed all necessary formalities in this regard.

2) The basis of allotment of shares was already filed with BSE. We are
awaiting the approval of BSE.

3) The company will pay interest to all the applicants @15% p.a., on the
bid/application amount for the delay beyond 10.11.2007 as per SEBI
guidelines.

We regret the inconvenience caused in this regard.
