Please note that by its order dated 21st January 2008, this Exchange has refused listing permission to the Company.

The Company has filed an appeal before the Securities Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai, against the said order. The said appeal is coming up for admission on 24th March 2008.

As the matter is sub-judice, you are therefore requested to await the outcome of the said appeal.

Well said Mr Shah and Mr Ravi Kumar. I am with you. Tell me what to do? These SVPCL people are not trust worthy. I am from new delhi. Tell me where to approach or some one is from New Delhi. We should get united to take back our money back.

PL NOTE THAT IN THIS COUNTRY COURT IS ALSO NOT RELIABLE U MUST KNOW THAT THIS SVPCL AUTHORITIES MAY BE GIVE BRIBE TO COURT, SEBI AND GOVERMENT SO PLEAE GIVE THEM LEAGAL NOTICE AND IF U SEE THEM GIVE THEM BIG ONE THIS IS YOUR HARD MONEY PLEAE DO NOT RELY ON COURT THIS CAN COME OF 5 YEARS TO 10 YEARS TO COME BY THAT TIME NO ONE CAN WAIT

All the investors in Mumbai, let us take out a morcha to SEBI office. When BSE has refused listing, how can the company and registrar refuse to refund our money. We will call the TV channels and let us take out a morcha and meet Mr C Bhave on 12/3/08. We will come to know if SEBI has also joined hands with cheaters like SVPCL.

Why court has not ordered to SVPCL to refund the money first.

Are they going to finalise it or not? Neither allotment is done yet nor money is refunded. Still they are demanding more time.

NOW IT IS GOING BEYOND MY LIMIT AS WELL AS MY PESENSE. NOW I AM LEAST INTERESTED TO GET MY ALLOTED SHARE ..I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.I HAVE LEARNT ONE THING FROM SVPCL THAT
NEVER APPLY FOR IPO --

Is there any one , who can help us to get the money back from SVPCL?

case has been disposed in court but they are not giving any information they said a court order has been not come and news channel like cnbc ndtv zeebusiness are a channel of big businessman they not take our complain also

Hi Neelam Puri,

One can understand your predicament and I empathize with you. I too had been a victim of this fiasco. However, with vigorous follow up through mails, courier, fax, phone calls, I could manage to get refund. Now that the matter is sub-judice, it will its own course to get resolved, hopefully soon. But rest assured, your money is safe cos its in an escrow account and nobody can play with it. Yes, it will take some time before u get the refund. The positive side is you would have otherwise definitely put this amount in secondary market and lost substantially in this bear market, whereas you would get ur money back with interest, though at a later date. So dont lose heart. And this is the message I would like to give to all of those who have been victims of this fraud company.

Through this site,I came to know that I could get the refund of my Rs.45000/by writing to Mr.G.Bhaskar,AarthiConsultants Pvt.
Ltd,1-2-85Domalguda Hyderabad 500029.Subsequently,I applied for refund quoting the details of my application( Appl No 8040640)
to the said address, on 5th Dec,07. However,I still have not got the refund. This has put me into great inconvinience with regard to my financial condition. Could anyone please help me in getting out of this precarious situation.

svpcl people pre planned and done this. my request to sebi dont allow this type of companies in future. sebi pl. do favour to investors.
