COURT MUST TAKE ACTION WHETHER THE SAT OR A.P.HIGH COURT.
COURT CAN GIVE THE DIRECTION TO THE COMPANY BEFORE HEARING THE
THE CASE THAT ALLOMENT PROCESS AND REFUND OF THE INVESTOR MUST
BE GIVEN FIRST AND THEN THERE WILL FURTHER PROCESS REGARDING THE LISTING ON BSE/NSE

I have received an acknowledgement from SEBI for my complaint. I have invested Rs 22500/- SEBI has only sent me a useless paper. It is only our loss and nobody elses.

Till date I have not received my money back from the company.
SEBI is also responsible for that.
I am paying all the TeXes including STT also for the share trading.
You can send money from invester pool also or you are also a party along with SVPCL.
Why you have authorised this company for public issue?
Company is enjoying with money.
Please help me to get my money back.

If any investor wants to join had and file criminal case against this company you can contact me at my no.09811056620. lets join had and teach them a lesson that we investors are not fools and if we need to suffer than same will be done with them.

i think we are just wasting our time.all the people in delhi should make a group of svpcl investots and choose one person .if every invester fund rs 100/- each it will enough to file a case on svpcl chairman and register of company from investors side.pl hire a good lawyer and get his advice.
i think it will be the right way to make a pressure on the company.

Any idea when are we going to get the allotment or refund.

We applied for SVPCL shares in Oct-2008. When the Index was 21000 . Now the Index is 15500 . Therefore the allotment price of SVPCL should be reduced in the same manner and ratio. Secondaly Till date we are not able to know that how much shares have been allotted to us and Where is the Balance Refund Amount ?
