What the hell is going on? Why they people are not giving our money back. I really suprised even court has not been ordered to refund the money to the invetstor. It is really strange. Hopeless country, hopeless judiciary system.

To,
The authorised officer of SVPCL Ltd,

I have gone through the judgement passed by the Securities Appellate Board and I would like to advice you that your advocate should have argued before the appellate tribunal seeking permission of appellate tribunal to file an appeal against deemed rejection by NSE. Instead of arguing on the doctrine of impossibility with great respect, if the company would have accepted to approach by filing the appeal against decision of NSE and requested the board, then there were some chances before the board for the survival of this appeal and that would also suffice compliance of Section 73 of Companies Act. I cannot understand what was the strategy behind agruing doctrine of impossibility, since the board was already of the view to comply section 73.

Nayan Parekh.

Let us ensure that investors are also heard by the Supreme Court. Cheats like SVPCL should not be allowed to run away with our money.

REPLY FROM USECTRADE(UTI SECURITIES)

Dear Investor,

In view of the various queries raised from various investors regarding the Issue, we write to inform and update you on the status of the Issue.

The matter relating to the Issue was referred by the Company to the Hon’ble High Court, Andhra Pradesh. The Hon’ble High Court, Andhra Pradesh by an order dated February 29, 2008 disposed off the aforesaid writ petition. The Court opined that the questions raised therein can be properly and effectively gone into by the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) under Section 22-A of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956.

The Company has filed an appeal before SAT against the order dated January 21, 2008 of BSE praying for quashing of the said order of BSE and directing BSE to grant listing and trading permission to the Company.

It is however pertinent to note that all the application moneys received in respect of the Issue are in an escrow account separately maintained with HDFC Bank Limited, ICICI Bank Limited, ABN Amro Bank, Bank of Baroda and Axis Bank Limited (the Bankers to the Issue). We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the said monies cannot be accessed by the Company till such time that the shares are listed on the exchanges. In the event the shares of the Company are not listed on the exchanges, then the monies will be refunded to the investors with interest. In the circumstances, all necessary steps to protect the interests of the investors are being taken.

For updates on the status of the case you can visit our website www.usectrade.com

Thanking you,

Yours truly,

Authorised Signatory

Dear All,

I wrote a letter to SEBI around 4 months back, even they are also doing nothing. Looks all are involved in this.

Looks the only solution is consumer court.

Is any one filed case against SVPCL Limited, in consumer court?

Regards,
venu
