hi, I have not got SVPCL IPO refund.....how to get it soon. please suggest

Those aarati consultant people keep tellilng that you will get in 2-3 days.....that is how they are postponing day by day.....can any one tell me...how to get my money back. thanks in advance

M/s. SVPCL Business activities to be stopped by taking criminal action against the Directors of the Company and I do not understand why SEBI Authorities are taking very serious action against SVPCL. It is very clear that there is underhand dealing between SVPCL & SEBI in prolonging the interest & liquidity interest, which is against the Order of Supreme Court of India. When SVPCL & SEBI have not followed the instructions of Court Order,
how SVPCL business should be allowed to run for 6 months? I
think all the investors should file a case against SVPCL & SEBI

mujhe 4 days pehle hi interest amount recieved hua hai. Mera app. amt 11250/-. I have recieved inetrest amount by ECS.

Has any one received interest amount. I have not got .

UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT TO DO FOR GETTING INTEREST

ON SVPCL IPO REFUND

IN FACT THE PROPERTIES/ASSETS OF THEDIRECTORS/PROMOTERS OF THE COMPANY SHOULD BE CONFISCATED BY THE ORDERS OF SUPREME COURT, SINCE THE CASE HAS GONE UPTO THE APEX COURT. THE PROPERTIES
CONFISCATED SHOULD BE PUT TO AUCTION, SO THAT THE INTEREST COULD BE PAID TO ONE AND ALL.

THE ISSUE OF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN A BIG FLOP SHOW WHERE THE
HARD EARNED MONEY OF THE INVESTORS HAS BEEN NOT FULLY/PROPERLY UTILISED.

ANY BODY RECEIVED THE INTEREST ON SVPCL IPO REFUND

Keep writing TO SEBI/ SVPCL AND CALL 9848590539 (SVPVL DIRECTOR).....FOR INTEREST,,,,,,,,,,,

I talked to M/s Aarthi consultants regarding Interest & representative said that they have NEITHER recieved any response from SEBI NOR from SVPCL on the tentative date of interest refunds. Looks like they have achieved what they planned by releasing the principal amount to keep masses quiet.

ANY BODY KNOWS WHAT IS THE OUTCOME SEBI ACTION
REGARDING INTEREST ON SVPCL REFUND

SEBI HAS INITIATIVE ACTION AGAINST SVPCL. WHAT IS THE OUTCOME TILL NOW

One more Hyd. Company just like the SVPCL i.e. Satyam diched all investors. Why all of us are cheated. SVPCL has taken more than 1 year to refund our appl. money. Now they are not paying interest in spite of directions from Hon. Supreme court. Henceforth we should be careful about Hyderabad companies.

IS THERE ANY SCOPE OF INTEREST ON SVPCL REFUND
