I just spoke to the office of SVPCL they look like they do not want to give refund and interest they are going to court again and making delay for another two year i talk to them using own language pl pust them and call them so they can do quickly pl action now many thanks

Dear Sir / Madam,

With reference to your query on the IPO of SVPCL Limited (issuer company), we would like to inform as under:

1) Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), Mumbai dismissed the appeal filed by the issuer company, vide its order dated 09/05/08.

2) M/s SVPCL Ltd had preferred an appeal in the Hon’ble Supreme Court against SAT order dated 09/05/2008.

3) Upon hearing the counsel for the parties at length, the Hon'ble court has dismissed the appeal filed by the Company, on 20th August 2008.

In view of the above, SVPCL Limited is making all efforts for refunding the application money to all the concerned applicants.

any idea guys when our money is going to be credited in our account.does anybody has any news about the refund atleast the initial amount our principal.

sorry to say svpcl ke liye mamla bada gambhir hai...comapnay ne agar interest amount diya toh band ho jayegi...nahi diya toh court band karwa degi

When i called SVPCL office they told, the interest amount is coming upto 4 Crores, and they cannot afford to pay the interest, only the principal amount will be credited within 10 days

today i called in svpcl office regarding refund ...according to them they have placed order for money refund ...but they are not able to give interest ...now they will appeal in andhra pradesh court that they are not able to give interest immediately ..they need 2yrs time to give interest ....

chaar din ka ujala phir andheri raat ....hey raam ...svpcl wale agar paisa nahi de pa rahe hain ...toh hum masoom investors ko apni company ke shares hee de de ....kyun doston kaisa idea hai

svpcl has no money for intersest. bahi principal amount le lo nahi to vo bi atak jayega. mail bejo ipo@svpcl.com par.

hi first i like to know the prosure of getting back the intial amount later i think about my interst

Trouble again. Looks like SVPCL & Aarthi r playing games again. SVPCL has instructed the bank to release the money i.e. only principal amount & not the interest. But bank is not ready to release. As per the court order the bank is suppose to release the money - both principal + interest. That means SVPCl has to put the interest part of money into bank as bank has got only the investors principal amt in their credit. SVPCL is not ready to put that amount in the bank & bank will not release untill & unless SVPCL makes arrangement for the interest part also. Looks like v need to fight a long battle again to get our money bacl. V thought that the battle is over 7 will get back our money soon but that's not the case

they says that u should have to send them email about the interest. they say that we will give ur principle amount nt interest . interest will be credited after the judgement of comapy

ab to phir se problem ho gai, interest ke liye complay phir se case bana raghi hai. phir wait karo

Till now money is not credited.when (date) are we getting our hard earned money.Friends get up.
