both are chor they are saying the you will get payment on 20 sep on 20 they say 22sep now they say that do not call you will get money after one month when i call both the chor

SORRY TO SAY THERE IS NO FUND WITH SVPCL AND THEY ARE FIGHTING FOR INTEREST, IT LOOKS ANOTHER 6 MONTH UNLESS U TAKE ACTION NOW OR PL DO NOT WASTE YR TIME U SPEND ALMOST 8 MONTH SO PL DO NOT WEST YR TIME, U ALREADY WEST YR MONEY PL CALL THEM AND ASK FOR REFUND IF U LUCKY U WILL GET ANSWE PL CALL NOW AND GET REFUND

ANY INFORMATION WHEN WE R RECEIVING OUR REFUNDS IS IT ON 20TH OR THE 30TH OF SEPTEMBER. THESE SVPCL DIRECTORS SHOULD BE WHIPPED FOR EACH DAY OF DELAY.LET THE COMPANY AUCTION THEIR ASSETS AND PAY THE INTEREST AMOUNT.

With reference to your query on the IPO of SVPCL Limited (issuer company),
we would like to inform as under:

1) Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), Mumbai dismissed the appeal filed
by the issuer company, vide its order dated 09/05/08.

2) M/s SVPCL Ltd had preferred an appeal in the Hon’ble Supreme Court
against SAT order dated 09/05/2008.

3) Upon hearing the counsel for the parties at length, the Hon'ble court
has dismissed the appeal filed by the Company, on 20th August 2008.

Pursuant to the orders of Supreme Court, necessary steps are being taken
by SVPCL Limited for refunding the application money to all the applicants
concerned. As advised by M/s. BOB Capital Markets Ltd and Standard
Chartered-STCI Capital Markets Ltd., (Lead Managers to the Issue), we have
Computed the interest component @15% p.a. and informed SVPCL Limited to
enable them deposit the interest amount in the Refund Account maintained
with HDFC Bank Ltd.

On receiving the necessary instructions from the Lead Managers / SVPCL
Limited, we will take up the dispatch of Refund orders.

Till date I haven't received the allotment intimation or the amount is been refunded to me.

Hi Everybody,
Please don't post false info to mislead others. As far as refund is concerned, no body has been refunded so far. When i talked to Aarthi Consul. they said that they will start the process from 28th of september 08.
on asking whether we have to submit some application or form etc, they said there is no need as the amount will directly credited to the bank accounts linked to demat accounts.
i further confirmed about some persons claiming that they have goy refund, for which their answer was no.
Hope such guys will think twice before posting anything rubbish

Comments given by person on 814 named P V Reddy is not correct. He is not P V reddy he is some one from mumbai and is making fool of all of us.

when you get the money of svpcl its my humble advice to you that dont invest your hard earned money in share market ...market will touch new low around 10,200.... now market is in the hand of gamblers ..i have lost near 15 lacs in just 5 months...friends don't come near to market you will burn your hands

I also spoke to arthi consultant, they said they will refund to every one by 20th sep, its another week.....let us see.....
