Hi,

Why is the SEBI sleeping? SC order has come long back. As first step, it must instruct company to immediately refund the application money first, then give interest within 15 days else the properties of all directors/promoters/bankers/registrars associated with the issue should be sold off to pay back investors money.

Just now I recd. the following message for my query from AARTHI.
Pursuant to the orders of Sup. Court necessary steps are being taken by SVPCL for refunding the appl. money to all the applicants. As advised by M/S BOB Cap. Markets Ltd. and Standard Chartered -STCI Cap. Markets Ltd.(Lead Managers to the issue) we have computed the interest component @ 15% P>A. and informed SVPCL to enable them deposit the interest amount in the refund account maintained with HDFC Bank Ltd.,. On receiving the necessary instructions from the lead managers the despatch of refund orders willbe taken up. This is for your information. But for my Mail to SVPCL sofar no reply is received. I request all investors to send Mail to

I JUST TALK TO COMPANY SVPCL DIRECTOR AND AARTI CONSULTANT THEY BOTH ARE TELLING THAT THEY ARE FIGHTING FOR INTEREST AND WAITNG FOR THE JUDGEMENT OF COURT SO IT IS LONG PROCEDURE BEFOR GETTING THE MONEY BACK BUT SORRY TO SAY IT WILL TAKE A WHILE PL CALL THEM TALK TO PRESS CALL TO PM AND FM U CAN GET NO FROM INTERNET GOOGLE. ALL ARE SLIPPING SINCE ONE YEAR MANY THANKS AND REGARDS

Please let us know when is the refund. i have invested more than 50,000 and still there is no news of getting money back.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE REFUND MONEY. WHEN R THE SVPCL CROOKS GOING TO REFUND THE MONEY BACK.THE GOVT, SEBI AND SUPREME COURT ALL HAVE LET THE INVESTORS DONE.WHY CANT THE SUPREME COURT GIVE A ULTIMATUM TO THE COMPANY TO PAY BY A PARTICULAR DATE. LET THE CO SELL THEIR ASSETS. GOVT SHOULD BLOCK ALL THE BANK ACCOUNTS OF SVPCL ANDISALLOW ANY ACTIVITIES OF THE COMPANY AND SEAL THE COMPANY TILL THE INVESTORS MONEY IS REFUNDED. SOMEONE DO SOMETHING AND GET THESE CROOKS TO TASK.

Regarding SVPCL refund I contacted AArti consultants several times for refunds. They used to tell we will get money this month 20, next month 20th, month end etc. When I asked yesterday they told me I have to contact the company only.
Mr. Subbu you may have to waight one more year at this rate.Dont worry. I am also disgusted. No investor is writing about this in this column.

Please update the news about SPVCL. I learned lesson on share market i never invest in market in future. I am employee average salary, what i saved on my salary i invested on shares i lost every money on shares, svpcl people are playing a game with investors. Please refund my money, i am request you, i dont want interest pl. give my principal amount. I want to clear my debts. Please SVPCL. I advice, before entering on market first study about market after then u enter. Dont waste your valuable money.

WHY IS SEBI, SUPREME COUT REGISTRAR OF COMPANIES KEEPING QUIET. IS THERE ANY LAW IN THE COUNTRY.THESE SVPCL DIRECTORS ANY TOP MANAGEMENT ARE TAKING THE INVESTORS FOR A RIDE FOOLING THEM TAKING THINGS FOR GRANTED.SOMEBODY SHOULD APPEAR BEFORE THE MEDIA AND INVOLVE ALL THE AUTHORITIES AND TAKE THIS SVPCL OFFICIALS TO TASK. THE COMPANY'S ASSETS SHOULD BE SOLD OFF THEIR LICENSE DISCONTINUED BANK ACCOUNTS SHOULD BE FROZEN AND THE OFFICAILS SHOULD BE PUT BEHIND BARS WITHOUT ANY BAIL AND THE INVESTORS SHOULD BE RETURNED THEIR MONEY BACK WITH INTEREST. IT IS HIGH TIME ELEVEN MONTHS HAVE PASSED WHAT ARE THE AUTHORITIES WAITING FOR TO COMPLETE ANNIVERSARY OF THE IPO.COME ON WAKE UP AND TAKE SOME ACTIONS AGAINST THESE CROOKS AND MAKE JUSTICE TO THE THOUSAND OF INVESTORS. OTHERWISE THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD NOT ALLOW ANY COMPANIES TO COME OUT WITH AN IPO IF THEY CANT GOVERN AND GIVE JUSTICE TO THE INVESTORS WHO ARWE INVESTING IN AN IPO.

Dear Sir,

SEBI has already advised LM to immediately deposit the interest amount in the refund account. But, company sought some time to arrange interest amount. The application money is lying in escrow account which is not in the control of the company.

If the company will not deposit the interest amount in the refund account, SEBI will take appropriate legal action.

those svpcl CRROKS should be whipped in public for playing with investors money. ROC AND SEBI SHOULD STOP THE COMPANY FROM DOING BUSINESS AND CANCEL THEIR LICENSE AND FREEZE THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS UNTIL THESE FRUDSTERS HAVE REPAID EACH AND EVERY PERSON THEIR REFUND MONEY.

Supreme Court has dismissed the Appeal of SVPCL on 20.08.2008 and have asked to return the Application Money with interest @15% to all the Investors. Is the court have decided any date to return the Money ? Because more than one month have elapsed but there is no refund till date. No any Expected date of Refund from Aarthi Consultants. Aarthi consultants website have updated message DT 08.09.2008 showing on 23.09.2008. there is no development from 08.09 .2008 to 23.09.2008 at Aarthi Consultants. Are the Director of SVPCL have not bounded to deposit the Interest Money till any particular date ?. Where is SEBI ? Where is Registrar of Company ? Where is Department of Company Affairs ? Where is Finanace Minister ? If they all are sleeping then we would awake and take actions........

agar mujhe iss mahine kee last tak paise nahi mile toh main ek gadhe ke jism par svpcl , arthi consultants , uti , sebi, likhkar aur khud sirf chaddi pahankar news channel ke saamne khada jaunga yeh dhamki nahi sacchai hai ....koi mujhe aisa karne se nahi rok sakta......

I am not sure weather they can contest for interest, the order for refund with interest has come from Supreme court, the highet court in the matrix, after Sup court you can only appeal to the president of India
