Hi Mr Dinesh,
The registrar of the IPO is responsible for allotment process. Responsibility of a registrar for an IPO is mainly involves processing of IPO applications, allocate shares to applicants based on SEBI guidelines, process refunds through ECS or cheque and transfer allocated shares to investors Demat accounts.

The lead manager does end to end IPO work. Since the company start thinking about IPO till the listing of the IPO. Their main responsibilities are to initiate the IPO processing, help company in road shows, creating draft offer document and get it approve by SEBI and stock exchanges and helping company to list shares at stock market.

then why are you reading it?

He is just given analysis and calculate ratio based on company's data and he is right on basis of it.

and you know that in SMEs there is no word like fundamental!!!
