Market cap / sales is my concern. Revenues have been stagnant for past three years. But margins surprisingly kept rising. I guess they were preparing for this day.

Don't know Why but while watching Interview of Promoter
He looked To be having Ego or Rude Type
I mean he used the sentence that he will be the largest shareholder in cos after ipo many times....
And saw some related party transactions in cos too
For me it's avoid in terms of corporate governance....
