Simlpe logic if u have 5 accounts in retail then u can aply atleast 1-2 accounts if u see GMP is 10% kyuki over subscribed milta nahi hai aur risk wala hum aply nahi karte to akhir kare to kare kya ?
Lots of example we seen in last few listing agar IPO ne kuch profit diya nahi to kuch liya bhi nahi except- Inox green (becouse of loss making company) so guys if u are in share market to itna risk to hum retailers ko Lena hi padega (stock market = no risk no gain )

Thats not what I meant that you said.

I meant that Sula should give enticing offer price (leaving much on the table) so that we can apply full force into it.
Because there is already 3 SMEs there, out of which one is good and other one is fancy and 3rd one is taking advantage of SME bull run.

Besides Verlinvest SA, Sula Vineyards is also backed by PE funds such as Cofintra SA, Haystack Investments Limited, Saama Capital III, Ltd, SWIP Holdings Limited.

Due to investments by PE funds, Promoter holding got diluted.
