Expected subscriptipn in NII category will be more than 80 times...This is what I am predicting. Experts, please give your opinions for the benefit of CG members so that we can divide our funds in three ongoing issues. Thanks

Ironically, on fundamentals, the order should be exactly opposite
Amkay in very crowded space, average financials and priced to perfection (in line with Hemant / QMS), so listing gain if any will be short-lived
Sai Swami majority of revenue this year is from steel scrap trading, manufacturing is <10% of revenue, so one is fully buying future story
Racks & Rollers is in a sector with tailwinds (warehousing), discount to peer, good management and reasonable order book (~21 cr + 9 cr) given these are short projects with small sales cycle. Financials are back on track after Covid-linked pricing shocks to steel in prior years. Hopefully everyone will stick to GMP and leave Racks & Rollers alone :)

@rohiitian Even for Sai Swami, the proposed segment to enter is Kitchenware, which again isn't something very unique but yes goes well with what they already do, given that their main push is now on how to expand margins going forward
@MuStrFc Main thing for operator is size of issue - Amkay and Swami are tiny and it's easier to manipulate. So one sees good gray activity. R&R is large so harder to manipulate relatively, so punters will focus on those two stocks - listing gains might be good, but subscription will be through the roof.
Kitchenware will take time, so one can enter if there's proof of performance down the line in my view
Personally will not waste time on Amkay or Swami - will apply a few retail there as formality for lottery. Will be going FF here to get as many lots as possible, though I think subscriptions will catch up here also, and HNI is only 4.3 cr. If not, then good@Gopal lucky boy
