Experts please guide,
I applied today through UPI.
SBI messaged hold created.
But status shows UPI failed due to poor network.
Now what should I do,
If I apply again will it be rejected being multiple applications .
It has happened in both Shri Sai and storage.

Having funds for 11 lakhs in 2 accounts. In a dilema to split it 3+4 lots OR 1+6 lots. Please suggest

In retail, only 1 lot category is present, hence probability is 1 out of 40. Whereas for HNI even if overall subscription is 200x, your particular lot category might have a large number of applicants or lesser number of applicants, which can result in chances being less than 1 of 40 or result in chances being more than 1 of 40 as compared to retail subscription @Aaashish

Applied 10 lot application.

Another 90% listing freeze candidate.
100% capturing from operators.
It is such a big headache and complete mess by BSE.
Neither you get shares in IPO
nor on listing.
By the time it actually opens after 3-4 days of listing, it is so manipulated that you need to stay away till it cools down.

On the other hand, see NSE ones, at the least you can buy on listing on pre-open and ride the share comfortably.

Perfect example of BSE's forced 90% listing fiasco is Euphoria InfoTech, listed at 90% freeze and then fall below issue price.

Sometimes it feels that they are doing so with the influence of flippers, they almost get the shares everytime, I saw that trend in Swan Agro, 100% shares appeared in bulk deal were equal to that day's total volume for 3 days, completely controlled and bought by flippers for 3 days.

Same is also observed in new listing EMMFORCE autotech. It is really obnoxious from investors point of view that flippers accumulate whole quantity with special line from exchanges.

1 sHNI of 4 lot

​@Aaashish The 4 lot size is nothing big compared to retail, in which only one 1 application is going in compared to 4 applications of retail. Subs of retail and HNI to be equal is very unlikely unless the issue is ignored altogether

What I meant was that the probability would be similar in both the cases, not much difference

Let's take a likely case
Retail :160, nii: 200

4 lots application : 1 in 50(probability)
4 retail : 1 in 40

+

You don't need to move money around everytime

Is my probability calculation correct mustrfc bhai or in sme, calculation would be done differently

I have 2-3 bhni apps, 10l each

So I usually apply 6-7 lot app

I have only 1 lot amount ..
Which one to apply ?

Among present SME IPOs this could be a dark horse and looking at subscription may be better chance of allotment..

The main concern for me in this ipo is this new registrar. Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited is the registrar for the issue and so far they have managed just 1 ipo that was last year in july.
Storage Technologies seems an ideal pick b/w currently open 3 sme ipo's. But one needs to keep in mind that next week is fully crowded with lots of good mainline & SME IPO's and rotating funds would play and crucial role. If this new registrar Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited failed to do the allotment on time than it can break the whole cycle of fund rotation.

As per my reading,
an order book of 21cr is not big deal for a 70 to 80 cr annual sales company, and coming to p&l i think it looks like hyped one for current year. current year(up to october) sales is less than last yr sales but profit jumped more than 7 times that of last year's full profit...

I will not aplly here until GMP crosses more than 80%.

​@MuStrFc @PLAZA - There was a major hiccup with IDFC bank w.r.t blocking of funds.
None of the applications from IDFC Bank are executed on exchange yet.
Expect the subscription figures to go even higher once these orders from IDFC are executed at the exchange.

Don't worry once application is submitted amount will lien . It is taking 2to 4 minutes to complete the process. ALL IS WELL....

Hi everyone. I want to know how allotment work in SME IPO? More no. of Lots one apply, more chances of getting allotment? As if i have applied for 5 lots , I have better chance of getting allotment than the person who has applied for less than 5 lots? Does it work like that ? And I'd only get 2 lot even if I have applied 5?

No extra shares will be allocated in SME but in multiple of lots will be allocated in case you subscribe more than the subscription figures.

Bhai, if the applicants no is more than no of lots available, even then those who applied for more lots than overall sub will get extra lots

In that case, wouldn't each successful one will get 1 lot only
