उन्होंने इस कंपनी में 32 महीने पहले निवेश करना शुरू किया था।

As per rule for such Issues where QIB portion is 75% and retail is 10%, in this case both these categories are fully subscribed.

In case some applications are rejected due to non acceptance of mandate or on technical ground.

And total subscription which is currently ~ 79% goes below 75% then what would happen then.

Not sure about it.

We will come to know about this when the Basis of Allotment is available.

Usually, the agreement is made between the lead manager and the exchanges before concluding the IPO process. I am sure that the lead manager has shown the confidence that they reached the 75% threshold and the exchanges got convinced. Otherwise, they would have extended the date and revised the price band.

Since SEBI is concerned with fresh issue thus the issue was sailed through after anchor investor buying. Anchor investor bought 3500cr. portion thus 2000cr fresh shares were sold before IPO opens. The 10% retail was next condition and the same is through.

It sailed through, but subscribed 79% only. So now fresh share issue quota will be taken as fully subscribed but OFS quota will be decreased so as to accomodate 21% deficiency.

I cannot count how much profit booking chances I have missed by reading the targets by brokerage and analysts. It is best to only read technical analysis based suggestions, current affairs and investers use own insight to decide target
Tata motor DVR was supposed to do break-out and I failed to book hefy profit at 290+ and see where it is. Vedanta target 400+ blah blah...
