It is largest and oldest private health insurance company with market share of around 16%. It has maximum hospital coverage among peers. Brand trustworthiness and track record of claim settlement is very good. This company is bound to grow but it is very aggressively priced encashing huge liquidity in the market when insurance sector is struggling during Covid period.
Can you please tell how to open the IPO funding account in Bajaj Finance and how is the service of Bajaj finance. Are they are offering competitive interest rate for IPO funding ?
Now a days loss makers get more subscription & premium.

Loss making tag not a big problem but what matters is that what will company do with the fund. see this : Objects of the Issue: The IPO aims to utilize the net proceed to augment the company''s capital base and insolvency level.
if it was marketing, expansion, and strengthening on tech front, that would have been exciting for everyone.

Here object of the IPO is to stay afloat. ππ
Now doubt issue appears to be in line with Paytm but it can prove "NAZARA" too. Specially after Govt permission for higher FDI in Insurance Sector. This may be preamble to bargain with foreign suitor. So better look for more details and watch.

Why almost every ipo mentions in "Isue size", Fresh issue is always mentioned in crore Rs. while OFS is mentioned in no. of shates, making it difficult to realize at a glance how much % is fresh issue & how much is OFS.
Because ''N'' number of shares are being offered to be sold by the promoters at a price to be determined once the IPO process is completed. Theoretically this price can be any price between the lower and upper price band.

I hope @SamJos you got clear answer. How does fresh issue to OFS ratio matters. What matters is the IPO price
THISS is a general post about IPO Funding / IPO Financing / HNI Funding
Interest rate is never constant at 6% or 7% or 8% or 10%.. It varies according to the market conditions and how greedy NBFCs are... By market conditions, I mean how ipos are doing, how the GMP is behaving, how the IPO calendar looks like, whether there are too many ipos in the pipeline, etc. By greediness, I mean how big cut the NBFC you are taking the loan from is...
Bajaj Finance is one of the greediest NBFC and wherever they smell they can earn more, they will never leave any chance. They can change interest whenever they want (it''s written in their T&C) they will change margin anytime they want. For any ipos, they will want you to take all the risk by giving them more margin and interest upfront and for any good gmp ipo, they will keep a higher interest rate than all other NBFCs average. For NYKAA, they took 13% whereas motilal gave at 7.5%
Please beware of such foul play by Bajaj Finance/Finserv or any such NBFC you may have encountered
