Its an interesting one, looks good. Whether to go with retail application of FF, will decide on last day after subscription numbers. But will apply definitely at least in one category

May your Holi be a journey🚅 from the excitement🤩 of IPO anticipation, through the thrill🎢 of application🧾, the joy of allotment🎲, and finally, the celebration🎊 of listing with big gains🦕. Here's to a colorful🎨 and prosperous💰 festival!😃 🔴🟢🔵🟡🟠⚪HAPPY HOLI!!!🔴🟢🔵🟡🟠⚪
There is NO shareholder quota in Bharti Hexacom IPO. It is pure offer-for-sale primarily to facilitate offloading of shares by Govt owned TCIL. Even though parent company Bharti Airtel owns 70% stake in Bharti Hexacom, proceeds from IPO will not come to company at all. Other details are awaited but there surely is no SH quota.

Primary market action for this FY is almost over, there were many hits and few misses in this wealth creation journey. Some of my favourites remained IREDA, Tata Tech, Azad Engg, INOX India, JSW Infra and Senco Gold. Holding all of these after booking some partial gains. Which counter in your opinion out of so many promising companies listed during 2023-24 is worth entering even at CMP for long term and why?

Clarification, as a rejoinder to above post. Idea here is to discuss promising scrips and sectors listed recently as per ones opinion and NOT to seek any trading tips. Please take it forward for study and information purpose only and refrain from giving any targets. Thanks 🙏

I did not get any allotment in senco, azad and inox but considering future growth I entered these counters after the initial euphoria was over. Made very decent profit in all these and then accumulated again in the recent fall. From ipo holding Jupiter hospital, jsw infra, yatharth and cello for long term. These are from 2023 listed IPOs
I am holding Azad Eng. Which was allocated in IPO, its worth buying at current valuation considering new contracts company is receiving from prestigious customers like rolce royce and GE and its expansion plans which will be fulfilled sometime in 2026. Please do analyse your self as well because I am no expert.

@Chhote Lal Interestingly most of the ideas will come based on GMP prevailing at the time these IPOs opened , which may not be the right way of analysing any stock wrt it's performance . I think we should consider the sectors rather than IPOds per se as going forward GOI will have budget which will have impact on individual sectors.

@Rakcyt Fully endorse your view point. It is not the price but valuations with respect to the peers/sector which is more relevant.
It's only the future growth prospectus which matters more than any thing else. Or else you can buy all low pe stocks and with lower valuation but will not make any profit for next five years.

For a company, growth in top line alone is not enough as finally what matters most is the profitability. IPOs may get launched with fancy growth prospects but ultimately have to face the performance tests to prove the worth.
Our friend @Rakcyt pointed out the performance (in stead of GMP) alongwith sector / Govt focus etc. so aptly.
Thanks Chotte Lal. Once an IPO lists the gmp is not even a consideration to buy it. When I said future prospectus I did not mean topline or bottom line. It's the future growth potential of the company. Thanks.
Off topic Ques. I applied for bajaj auto buyback of 1 share and buyback has accepted successfully. But amount of Rs 10000 is not credited in kotak bank account. But in another kotak account all is well and amount has credited.
Off Topic - My upi mandate for Ensure communications got failed and amount got refunded in my account. But my shares got credited and even I sold it in pre-open, What need to do here ? Any one who came accross this ?
Ek taraf sebi T+0 settlement karne ja raha he or dusri taraf icici securities apni service downgrade karte ja raha he pehle to selling stock pe same day koi margin nai or ab second day margin available rahega lekin aap fund bank me 3:30 baje bad transfer kar sakoge. Please koi achcha broker suggest kare jo achchi service provide kare.
@G.S. Your concerns are valid. Each broker and dp participant has own pluses/minuses. Having experienced services of ICICI, Zerodha and Upstox, I feel ICICI still has merits that others are trying to match. Take for example, e-ATM feature, where over 75% funds are available instantly in your bank account instantly upon selling shares. And this service is offered without any additional costs. Study and choose wisely if you are considering to switch over. All the Best 👍
Off topic but sector is same :----- One of the EPC company, filed DRHP this march, and is mainly in power transmission. It was constructing a bridge in Bihar that fell down today. Investers are crazy for EPC companies, due to government infra push. However quality construction and safety is still a major risk factor when work is going over India and at large scale.
Off topic: Bharti Hexacom ko Sebi ka approval mil gaya hai and it is likley to hit on April 2024. 70% promotor of the company is Bharti Airtel. any change we get Shareholder quota if holds airtel share
There is no SH quota in Bharti Hexacom. IPO is being launched as pure OFS so that government owned TCIL which has 30% stake in this company will offload. Let's wait for some more details but there is no SH quota.
