Main problem is the fund blocked in this ipo will most probably will not be used till MCon sme ipo as mostly ppl will get alloted...

Worth a try. I think Sealmatic was having similar spot, but ended up garnering 17 times subscription. I hope Srivasavi also does that.

I have again gone through the performance of previous smes handled by Shreni.
Got few tips from there:-
1. Past few IPOs gave good listing gains but presently not giving much returns.
2. Higher listing gains were give by IPOs hugely subscribed.
3. IPOs which were not highly subscribed gave meagre or flat returns.
One can take decision according. I feel Srivasavi may not give huge returns but meagre / small returns. GMP is also indicating the same.

Sir considering your all points i think that it will not list in discount anyway. Jo mile sahi hai bus discount listing nahi honi chahiye.

Less subscription in 3 days, no fancy, no GMP, no special in this business..y to take risk ..
Better to apply main board opening on 1st agar idle fund hai to..

Subject to no fancyness, no GMP, very less subscription in 3 days, opting not to apply..save capital

But Considering Free Funds and No other opportunities I am Planning some applications taking a risk

Agreed. If any LM stands next to Hem Securities (if I can call it number 1 in SME after massacre of Earthsthal & Chaman), then it can be Shreni only.

In such market conditions when GMP is not trading that too risky because many times it took years too see even a issue price after discount listing.

Market condition is not good.
Negative listing chance is very less.
Don't expect good listing gain.

Last financial year PE = last completed FY year's profit / Number of shares pre IPO
Diluted PE = Annuanalized profit / Number of shares post IPO

There seems to be no growth for fy22 to fy23 in terms of revenue / profit so assuming same P/E and eps for both year. Indicating company hasn't been able to win new clients / contacts.

Doesn't seems to be a long term prospect. Just my view.

Yes bank HUF saving account holders, how do you plan to apply in this IPO?

@Manipo, For HUF and Minor Accounts in Yes Bank, you need to apply using physical forms. I did that in Macfos and will use this route till they do not update their systems.

@Jai Jai Pratap, I have logged complain with nodal office. Requesting all affected people to log complain so that it gets resolved quickly.

Considering good financials and superb past record of LM, I thought this SME will get good response but still very low GMP and subscription figures are a bit surprising.
