Latest Blow to spice telecom and other regional operators!!

NEW DELHI: The Telecom Regulatory Authority’s recommendation to allocate 3G spectrum to only existing cellular mobile licence holders (UASL and CMSP) along with discussions to cap the number of cellular mobile access providers has created a furore amongst small operators.

Smaller operators such as Shyam Telecom, HFCL and Spice, which have a presence in one or two states, would be impacted the most as they may not be able to increase their footprint beyond their existing area of operations. They are therefore the most vocal in their opposition to the proposal.

@@ now this not only makes spice telecoms cash flows and profit figure to shake but will also be a blow to the growth prospects of the company in the future.

the only bait left for retail investors now to buy into this stock is the interest of telecom biggies like idea and reliance in this scrip... i suppose the grey market premium will also be affected hugely by this news. So be cautious with this scrip guys.

listing on 18th. premium 10-12. may sell if get around 62.

1) Spice telecome will give premium of 12 rs .will list on 58.reliance or tata both in telecom will be looking to have maximum stake in it.
2) hdil will give premium of 100 rs .hdil will keep going up and will reach 1000 in 2-3 months.hdil profits is 500 crore plus and mumbai property prices rising.people who applied in hdil should feel very lucky as most of them will get almost full shares applied just like dlf.
3) allied digital to list at 160 rs premium
4) everonn to list at 450 rs premium
5) simplex to give premium of 200 rs.
Dont apply in alpa labs a very bad issue.
now omaxe and omnitech looks good to me.
