Of the issue size, only 10% is QIB which appears to be negative factor. Recent similar issues were UdayShivaKumar Infra and Auro Impex, both of which has poor listing despite heavy oversubscription
Financials are a mixed bag with high revenue and PBT growth but poor cash flow conversion and very high increase in trade receivables
Out of total income of Rs 584 cr (till Dec-22), Rs 201 cr was earned through export of mobile / electronic products to Dubai. So around 34% of the revenue comes from “non talent management”
Seems strange as most of the times, people buy mobiles and electronics from Dubai for use in India while this is just the reverse
In the manpower segment, company has shown margin of 4.8% for 9MFY23, whereas big player like Teamlease have margin of 2% only.
Company recognizes export incentive income at the planning stage itself and not on fulfillment of obligation which looks like aggressive accounting.
Other expense which were nil / insignificant till 21-22 are Rs 158 lacs till 9MDec22 and loss on forward contracts is Rs 85 lacs in 9MFY22.

but only get 1 lot
so i raised query with purva registrar
my 2 application get rejected by this reason
BIDDED BUT NOT BANKED
i m attaching that screenshot
i never see this type of error
i accept both upi application around 1 pm on last day
but i think bank not confirm the registrar about blocked amount

what is this error?
how to avoid this type of error in future?
what is my mistake in this?

@Hope is life If you are not getting response from the bank, it may be due to mismanagement at their end. So it's better that you make complaint to concerned exchange and SEBI against the concerned Bank along with copy of reply received from Registrar.

QIB will be around 100 times. Almost Zero debt Company with turnover of more than 500 cr. Strong fundamentals. Certainly give decent appreciation on listing.

Not sure but one possible reason is that less than 10% shares are reserved for QIB...

But frankly qib on day 1 smells fishy...let's see
