My assessment of Spectrum Talent Management:

Negatives :
-      Low margin business
-      Client driven
-      Market uncertainties will definitely affect the business (Eg. Revenue was down during Covid)
-      Big size (105.14 Cr)

Positives :
-      Has an established business model with matured market
-      Low capital required
-      Price band is fairly reasonable
-      Doing business in multiple verticals. The risks are spread
-      Consistent growth in topline and bottom line
-      Acquisition of business is one of the stated objectives.

Spectrum is very good company it's highly Growing business.
Staffing is the biggest problem in India
We have more than 12% people unemployment or underpaid empowerment.
To solve these problems Spectrum Quess and Tamlease Type company comes in.

India is a abundance Human resource country with Make In India and IT Move by Narendra Modi Govt is pushing WE will need more of these staffing Business. More of the companies coming to India to setup industry would need Staff and India growing rapidly need skilled labour. Therefore spectrum or other Staffing Coming comes in place. Company Can't keep interview 1000s of people hence the outsource there requirement to staff Company and eligible candidates get the post.

They provide End to End Human Placement Service to Companies.

Hence as per Report Staffing business is likely to Grow by 31% CAGR and Spectrum will grow accordingly.
Company has robust Growth and Client in past and Will continue the same. They have made good Growth and will continue

So Leave the noise and Apply in this company.
If u keep this for 1 Year It can double Ur Return
