Crazy street! So much positive news by all members but then the HoS/GMP is negative.

gmp was already -ve yesterday so this was supposed to happen..Now all buying orders cancelled.

Lots of ipo are in line and retailer also want money in hand...
Let's see the listing....

Maximum retailers are like: Listing gain mila tho will say "Booked profit". Agar loss listing hui tho long term investor banege!! Fact is that not many retailers have the stomach to digest SME volatility and patience to hold good SME stocks. Max retailers GMP pe chalte hain. Fundamental study karneko kiske paas time hain!!!

If it lists with Rs 10 premium or so..... Mark my word, all allottees will be in a hurry to cash out and dump the share into negative zone, because everyone wants to apply for upcoming ipo's, where there is no guarantee for allotment.

Read all the msgs here...saw LM previous record and it was awesome ... alloted one lot and going to hold it..

Friends in my humble opinion I think this issue will prove every member right. It may list with nominal premium and may fluctuate near listing price and then move up to higher levels.
So every body can say see WT I said was true.
So win win situation for all.

I am a buyer if it lists 0 or -ve. Planning to add 8-10 lots in preopen and will increase my positions as it goes up.
Didn’t apply in today’s hospital IPO as milna milana kuch hai nahii bematlab paisa block karna.. isse accha Spectrum preopen me maal uthao.. Operators or may be Promoters are creating panic and currently GMP is 0 Seller.
Everyone knows the preopen of Exicon, CFF (the recent one). In both, bought in preopen.
Because “Asli game listing ke baad start hota hai and chalti wahi companies hain jo fundamentally strong hoti hai”.
Spectrum is very good company. So don’t sell in panic because you will surely regret that in future. This will be a multibagger in short term only. Just hold if you have got the allotment!

Jisko lagta he ye discount open hoga to isme bata ye large equity ke alava kon se parameters sahi nahi he.top,bottom line,debt,consistent growth, P/E,
Large equity is a good chance to move on main board.
My estimate listing price 190-198.

As already told company may be good. But for listing more confidence would have been with anchors ⚓, no or less OFS, more or equal QIBs portion, full year result.
Large size, first time investers getting allotment, long term investers not getting any allotment, back to back IPOs are other risk factors for listing.

@Logij Kumar India mai 25 crore kamane wali kitni small cap companies hai ? Apne company ki 3-4 saal ki growth dekhi hai ? Agar wo fake hai to company ghatiya hai.

OFS : Ek level pe original investor OFS to karega hi...........Aap bhi to share mai invest karke, ek level pe thoda cash nikal kare kahi aur bhi diversion ke liye invest karte hoge. Mai bhi share double hone pe 30~50% bech deta hu. Isme kya burayi hai. Jo kharidta hai....uske apne calculations hote hai.

QIB : Thoda time pahle QIB hote hi nahi they to kay SME IPO ne kama kar nahi diya ?

Back 2 Back IPO : Total size 100 crore ka hai........aur India ki SIP 13000 crore monthly hai. 100 crore koi bada size nahi hai.....1 hi HNI ko value lagegi to pura ka pura maal RUMOR faila khe kharid lega.

I know one investor, Jiske pas EKI ENERGY ke 100,000 shares aaj bhi hai. EKI kitne pe list hua tha..........malum hai or kitna rate gaya uska.

REMEMBER : Agar apko next JHUNJUNWALA / KEDIA / DAMANI / PORINJU / RAMDAS AGRAWAL ban na hai to 50 acchi SME company mai paisa invest karke bhul jao. 4-5 company bhi badi bhan gayi to apki nayya paar ho jayegi.

SPECTRUM ki balance sheet / promoter / sector growth sab badiya hai.........Negative listing karwana 100% Operator ki koi chal hai. Mai to apni SONE KI MURGI operator ke hawale nahi karoonga.

Ek din yahi Murgi muje roj SONE KA ANDA degi.

As I said, I will keep invested for 2-3 year view, if half qnty I will sell @ 50% premium and balance half, will see company's future growth in balance sheet.

There are many companies with high gmp, but discount listing. Many companies with low gmp but decent listing and rate growth in long term.

Gmp has nothing to do with listing

It's going to be next team lease and best staffing company.
I will buy on screen if at par listing

Mene 3 application me apply kiya tha, mere upi id se. Ek Khud ke name se, ek father ke name se, 1 son ke name se. Mere ko father wale Account me Allot ho gaya, khud ke name me allot nahi hua and son ke Account me aa raha ha non Allotment ka reason :- reason for non Allotment third part account . Guide kare ki father me phir Allotment kyo aaya?

If minor dmat account allotted IPO share, can we sell the share from minor demat account in zerodha ? 

If we cant sell the share from minor dmat account, then do we need to first transfer to guardian dmat account to selll? How long it take to transfer the share in the case.

I got 1 lot allotment and iam buying some lots from screen what ever the price at pre-open, sold some old stocks for buying spectrum tomorrow, we can see lot of growth in this company

all who are worried about gmp is minus 5.we should take it as a positive sign that somene is buying at -5.
If spectrum operator want us fully trapped they will not buy from us at -5.

My blocked amount yet has not been released. Applied thru Axis bank(UPI).
