First time after many SME ipos , you will see most bid at lowest side because sub2 deals, interest deals informed to settle to bid at lowest level.
If Listing will be at par exit if you have short term scenario. For long term it will take 1-2 quarter to take boost in price.

Buyers at -12 in GM, might be a positive sign

Buying at discount in GM is obviously a positive sign

@ Finexpert..........Ram Kariya nahi samjega ki Negative listing par bhi buyer hai to wo Positive kyu hai.

Bcz wo hi negative listing par bi buy karne wale buyer is dariya ke bade bade magarmacch hai.......jo choti machliyo ko khane aye hai.

Yeh sab log positive comments isiliye krre hai taki positive listing ho aur yeh sab nikal jaye listing me aur retailers phas jaye.

Kuch log hosiyar hote hai aur aap jese log 1 1/2 hosiyar......... Jo positive ko bhi negative hi samjtae hai. Aap ka CG pe swagat hai.

Congratulations to all Spectrum family members. Those who have just opened their account in Spectrum may be feeling little bit scary due to GMP. Inspite of being happy perhaps they may have some stress on account of GMP.

Just for your information sharing my recent experience in Avalon Technology. This ipo came in April 2023 @ 436 Rs. The business model I like and I subscribed it against the wind. I applied 4 SHNI applications and all applications were successful as the issue didn't get good response. The NII was hardly 0.43 times. I got total 1904 Shares of Rs. 8.30 lac
Hence my Invest in Avalon in April 2023: 8.30 Lac.
After that stock touched ATL @358. At that time I was also stressed that I could have avoided this issue. But I was confident about the company.

Today I sold all my holding @ 579 of Rs. 11.02 lac. Hence in just 75 days I got a net profit of Rs. 2.72 lac which is more than 25% .

Here in Spectrum too the Company is doing great business & the track record of the Promoters is also very good. There is not a single reason for sadness due to GMP. Tomorrow the big operators may try to buy the stock at much lower price by creating the panic. The choice is yours, book the loss / margin profit or big gain after some time. Decide yourselves and act accordingly.

Good analysis and ideas

Such a beautiful and strong SME Company. Should have come in mainline IPO. People are panicking with low to negative GMP. But gmp is only sentimental, real long term growth in shares comes with fundamentals . So no need to worry. Just hold your shares and reap the loan term benefits.

Listing at 222

Any suggestions how I can buy in GM? I have never bought in GM

I would like to sell as per how listing goes but incase my mind change to sell in preopen then plz help with my query as I will be selling in preopen first time.
1. In preopen, can i place order as market limit, if in that case will it be executed at listing price?
2. If market limit dont apply here, then what limit price should i place so order should be excuted at nearby listing price.

For helping me to understand how to quit through preopen order limit price. I had to change my order limit 3 times to come much below listing price, otherwise my order would be stuck for forever. I had make up my mind one day before listing day to quit in preopen.
Very Good profit in Comrade helped me to ignore small loss in Spectrum.

Regarding price Ups and Down is heavily Possible In ....BSE SME IPO...BECAUSE BSE SME IS VERY LIBERAL...
WHILE IN. NSE SME IPO....One will see less fluctuations...Comparatively....

Currently Premium negative no buyers actually ..... Spectrum needs to list flat if lists negative despite of all great things about the company, weak hands will tend to stay which will not let stock rise after all every rise there would be sellers
Hence clear strategy is if lists negative take small loss and get out of it rather buy again at lower prices because it is going to fall as weak hands will hold on to it

I heard even big hni are sellin at minus 10 rs ... deal happenin.. full effort by promoter and Partners to buy the dead ones and keep the listin above the issue price...

Lots of retailers have been alloted here. Get ready for a taste of SME market. Probably this IPO would show many the mirror whether they are really ready for SME investing.

Market ko Guru dakshina de diya. Booked loss and moved on. Don't want to carry hope trades as markets are supreme. Losses in IPOs like this would show one's true character. Stay humble in losses rather than attacking or blaming anyone. Learnings: Huge Supply and large retail participation can take even good companies to the cleaners. Be cautious when everyone is bullish!!

All those who are going only after "may Apply" Rating, now understand that only rating can't promise gains. Like in this case, and will happen same in HMA Agro ipo too.

Investors should learn the basis of investment.. Grey market is not everything. In past also many scripts opend at par or slightly negative.. and currently they are trading on 2x 3x.. some became multibagger.. like shrivasi tape, seal matic, cool caps, swaraj.. the list is endless. Ultimately fundamentals have a last laugh. So never hesitate when investing in company which is fundamentally sound and available at reasonable valuation.

Spectrum current year top line above 600cr and profit above 20cr.. is not a usually thing in SME segment. Company is debt free with good promoters holding post issue. LM is one of best of current Era. Let the dust settle in beginning than true picture will come.
