This has been a disaster for all the allottees including me for sure who believe in fundamentals etc. It’s painful to see the brutal face of market.
I hope the financials and balance sheet are not cooked. If there is something fishy there, then we are doomed.

Flexi Staffing(temporary jobs) is growing trend in an Indian job economy in the e-commerce, retail, telecom, financial services, healthcare, hospitality and manufacturing segments.
this increases revenue in multifolds for HR companies.
The segment is forecast to more than double to almost Rs 2 trillion by the year ending March 2026, as per Frost & Sullivan.
this will increase revenue and profit for spectrum talent in long run.
hold for multibagger retuns.

those who believe in the company should hold it.
according to me ipo price will come in next week for sure.

In my life, First time my prediction went wrong in the spectrum, I bet on Spectrum bcz of company good fundamentals and Financials strong. I brought today in my all family accounts at preopen.
Hopefully, it will rebound next week.

Can we complaints about promoter in SEBI, SME IPO to trap retailer. Retails were alloted 50% otherwise in general SME IPOS shares reserved for retailer is only 35%.

what i learned in sme so far is that strong companies always go up no matter what.

socho 100 r. ka waste share isko overtake kar lega.
Hopefully reversal will come very soon in this stock, holding my one lot allotment.

Just one buy bulk trade! Who sold 9 lakh+ at opening. Usual day traders didn't have much scope anyway.

This order must be from grey market punters. Now sky is clear.

Maybe listing price is not so important. Just buy and relax. I am hopeful it would go up even in short term maybe next 10 days Or so

This is my first post on CG. Not a great time for first post. Seeing more distress that's why decided to post. Posted queries before.

We should compare Spectrum with Team Lease. Although not fully comparable but we can still compare in limited sense.

Team Lease PE @ 37.27 with Turnover of Rs. 7870 cr and Profit of Rs. 111.55, P/BV 5.14.
Spectrum FY 22-23, 9 months, ended on December 31, 2022, PE @ 14 with Turnover of Rs. 584.16 cr. and Profit of Rs. 19.98 cr, P/BV 3.
It would like to discontinue low margin mobile business and would like to focus more on HR vertical.
Company and Promoter are good.
Just that buyer is not managed, and this is not at all acceptable.
You may see pressure for few days due to retailer selling in panic mode.
Long term growth is good and very soon company is going to declare audited annual result and if it is good, it may boost the share price. Sector is good since staffing solution sector is growing.

Today in bulk deal NEOMILE CORPORATE ADVISORY LIMITED      bought 4,04,800@ 155.00.

This unexpectedly terrible listing will discourage some people from applying in SME IPOs for sometime at least. Just before issue opening the GMP was about 22% . On day of closing on 14th, it was still above 10% , but had reduced to half. On 20th, a day after allotment, it was reduced to just about 1% . And on listing day, it was -7% . The GMP was seen to decline rapidly all through. Did the big players knew, what was coming? Was preopen GMP of 22% a lure for investors to apply? You may draw your own conclusion from the data on GMP from TSBs given below. My conclusion is " Beware of continuously falling GMP".

As per BOA out of 2598400 shares to be allotted to HNI only appx 10 lacs allotment details are given in BOA . Pl go through it and highlight why it is happened so. Further there is no allotment as per BOA given for shares applied for lot of 8 to11 . Pl correct me if wrong ...

Very bad opening day. Badly managed.
The worst thing was disappointing volumes. There were simply no buyers. Any meaningful upward movement will now take hell of a time n genuinely great Q or HY results. Those stuck n not wishing to book losses may need to wait 6 months to have any chance of meaningful profits.
Hope the management wakes up tomorrow and stops the freefall else 110 level is realistic.

One or two more LC. Thats it .
It will reverse.. ◀️

Max. 2 LCs and by next FRIDAY, hopefully, we'll see stock trading around IPO price if not above it.
@Justalearner Just consider yourself as the owner of a company and you will get to know. Max. 40% IPO shares are OUTSIDE the closed circle of LM/Promoter. Once they get 20% more, they will start taking the rest at even IPO price. This is what happens in most of the big-size IPOs. If it touches Rs. 110 mark, then it will be an opportunity for smart investors. No need to panic.

Stock market me koi bhi predict nahii kar kar sakta, kuch bhi predict nahii kar sakte.. So better follow your own strategies and calculations, and avoid the noise :)

If Spectrum talent had been a main board IPO, anchor portion would have been there and same would have been oversubscribed heavily. Just because anchor investors are missing here, stock went down on the listing day.
I am sure, from monday onwards, it will get into continous upper circuit for many days. All the best.

Any one say....names of sme IPO which like spectrum, had bad listing and then recovered with profit later on. Someone Give examples of such names....so that it can be soothing for all allotted members.

Retina paints was not good. Everybody (member and Mr. Davda) gave Avoid rating and stock listed almost flat. Later it went below issue price of 30 and now is above 41.

spectrum talent have wholly owned subsidiary namely STM Consulting Inc. majorly operating in the USA. Further, and 90% subsidiary namely STM Consulting Limited, majorly operating in the UK.
Long way to go for spectrum talent.

Most likely, after one more lower circuit, 5% this time, it will get into upper circuit for at least 5 days. All the best
