In Grey many have bought around 10-20 rs premium as company highlighted issue very smartly since a month ago then delay and then dump from 26-28 rs high in grey.
Recently euphoria of SME insisting people to apply open and go open till listing stretegy help more to dump more shares.
May it will bounce back but strong volume and reson need for this specially in discount listing. Not much difference in IPO price and current trading price. Hope it will rise , shine and show TALAENT very soon.

As per DRHP beeline was also partner but removed later on.
Seems sarthi alone is not able to manage 100 cr issue or something is cooking inside which retailers dont know.
It would be a great help if DD sir or admin investigate deeply furthermore only for this issue.

What kind of home work they have done? Still today it's in Lower cut. They have really good talent for cheating & making fool to the investors.

I am watching Spectrum following same way as Paytm .

Both promoters are good 😇👍 enough for becoming multi millionaire through public money.

I think it is more likely that it is point no 3. This massacre has been unprecedented. It seems parties have connived & plotted since long to teach SOMEONE a lesson. It seems a very well planned conspiracy which reeks of vengeance & may be some corporate/personal khunnas.
The members who are in the business at ground level should surely be hearing the reason/people behind this crash. Pl share whatever rumours/info thaT is going around in the Grey markets. It will surely be a learning for the future for small investors like us.

Thanks for your message and tagging me to respond to calm down the negative sentiments.

However despite the weak listing, I believe that Spectrum is a good long-term investment. The company has a strong management team and a growing business. I believe that the stock will eventually recover from its current weakness and reach its true value.

Here are some of the company's strengths:

* Strong management team with a proven track record.
* Growing business with a strong market position.
* Expansion plans into new markets.
* Potential for future growth through acquisitions.

I also would like to highlight with my limited knowledge gathered from a reliable source.
They have 3 business verticals
* First: Low end smart mobile phone export (high revenue but less margin), which will continue for some time until other vertical businesses are growing. (mobile export business... spectrum has advantage that others do not have is Government GST submission write off which they have for other 2 verticals.)
* Second: Permanent staff - one time supply (managers, engineers...etc) - good margin
* Third: Spectrum staff pay roll supply - to companies and government agencies for short term and long-term - low margin but huge quantities.

Important point: why this huge ipo? why money is needed for business light model. the answer is in the third vertical. Spectrum need a huge credit line to win much bigger contract (can possibly compete with its peers from now), which they could not able to do in the past to win a big man power contract to big companies. This IPO money will be used to grow much higher rate in next few years and very bright future for the company as they have build on the brand. Hence, the company could able to dictate higher PE in the near future.
Expecting the results hopefully next week, which will be better (as we have seen recent listings Crayons, Krishca, Nirman , Exhicon...etc all run higher after last results) in my expectation.

I am holding my 35 lots and going to add more with long term prospective. Personally, with this unforeseen fall, the stock looks more attractive and will add more tomorrow or Monday.

Disclosure: Biased unintentionally. I have long term holding capacity with high risk appetite.

Thanks sir by giving such valuable inputs in detail .IMO the company will now mainly focused with last two verticles i.e. second and third as pointed by you by utilizing the fresh capital raised recently and hopefully be turn to main line within two years if Financials grow as per previous rate and projected with new flow of money ..

If this is correct, then probably, the recovery is a longer haul than we expected or a bigger trap than we can imagine

Jab capital ka accha khasa % 1 hee script me deploy hota hai. Aur wo ghus jaata hai.
I lost significant capital in SMEs a few years ago. Reason was mismanaged allocation. 

Dheere dheere idea hua. Abhi I have more winners in my holding than losers. 70% winners, 20% at par and 10% losers. Holding losers as have conviction in their fundamentals. Plus, my loss will be 0, rather overall profit will be more than 30% of total deployed capital if I sell losers and winners together. Ye thoda complex calculation hai.. 😀..
More or less almost all people like me manage their allocations like this only. That’s why I always tell people to have their own strategies. Today I could have bought 50+ lots easily but bought only 6 because company acchi hai but ristedaar ki thode hai.. Limited risk hee lena hai..

I think sell bhi isine Kiya hoga 17 rupees ke 2.5lac share me maxm isi ka order raha hoga jo 9 lac pre volume m trade hue they aur beech me bhi settlement raha hoga. Iska target Jo tha kar diya.
