i see worst thing in ipo history is in this ipo

i don't see market maker anywhere

first nd important role of market maker is to provide LIQUIDITY...

but unfortunately they provide LIQUIDITY to promoters to enjoy in DUBAI...

for some ruppes SARTHI(cheater) LEAD manager also lost respect infront of investors....

my heart nd emotions with those investors who got first time allotment in sme ipo in this ipo...(i still remembered when they got allotment how much they happy)

but this "cheater gang " looted them...nd left them clueless,helpless...

but in the end god is seeing all this cheating...
they have to suffer for this cheating..

(no body can stay 100 % true in the 21th century, but atleast we should try to live true around 90-95% true,i m proudly saying that i m that 90-95% true in real life)

nd one more thing
Does sebi nd both exchanges comes under RTI?
if i want to get some information about lead manager and market maker?
where i have to file RTI?
what is the procedures?

@lokes  @MRavichandran  @SSingh  We all request you to share the strategy on this scrip. In a special case, it seems promoters have duped the investors. We sincerely request your guidance and way forward on this. Should we go ahead and sell our lots at huge losses?

Its too early to say they have duped or not...so many ipo open lower and give returns later. . But thats doesnt mean promotes duped them..if the company is good the price will bounce back.. i persnly went to their offce ..all things working fine..their staff payment is on time...lets hope the results are in line .. i will wait till result..if result are good will hold

@PBRGV If we trust the books, in my opinion, it would be wrong to say the promoters duped the investors.
Valuations were attractive, issue was reasonably oversubscribed considering its size, and nobody forced anybody to subscribe in the first place even if one argues valuations.
If at all somebody is worth blaming it should be the LM Sarthi. Cos it is open secret that LM has a larger role to play in an SME issue even on listing (compared to Mainboard).
And I wonder what the role of a "market maker" is. Isn't it supposed to provide liquidity (including in times of circuits). Usko kis baat ke shares allot hote hain, bhai?

Just a matter of time, I guess. The tide has to turn, and turn it sure will.

With no offence to any members on this forum. I see so many theories floating around spectrum. The beauty of theories is that if a stock out performs you can build around it and if underperforms you can still build around it justifying its performance at either end. Most theories come out post listings. :)

SME are more riskier that main line IPO. One needs to do their own research before investing. If one is not capable of doing their own research. there are many senior reputed members on this forum who share there perspective. such as @Noorul @MRavichandran @lokes . there are many more to this list. who give their perspective when the IPO is open. One disconnect which I observe in this that most senior members are having a long term perspective where as most individuals are seeking short term tactical listing bet. Hence while seeking advice please mention that one's time horizon is short term tactical listing bets for an individual to guide you properly.
Disclaimer: I have few lots (IPO allotted ) and have added few more post listing. My time horizon is minimum few quarters. This time horizon is just not for Spectrum but for all scripts which I choose to have it as part of my Portfolio.
On a lighter note please revisit these theories shared on this page after 6 months and also the share price of Spectrum at that point of time (once the dust settles down and fundamentals takeover) to have a hearty laugh.

Lm record badya hai ... thoda wait karo result ka

People have applied mainly due to LMs past record. Stock is already around 20% down from IPO price. It is very difficult for retailers to bear such huge losses. Many retailers are now applying in SHNI category to enhance allotment chance. Thus their loss is also increased in the same proportion.

Reversal on monday for sure.
Today also 87k volume was there.

84000 volume today and increasing... lets hope retailers ka maal jaldi absorb ho jaye

In lot of other SME issues (successful ones) , there is no anchor portion and retail quota is ~50%
Seems there was less demand of the company at 173. If the books arent fudged then should be okay to hold?
Financials still looks fine

now our only hope is good result nd sooner result

anyone knows time limit in which they have to declare yearly result..?

because almost first quater of next year came to end!

sometimes i see company declared result in between ipo proceeding...

Sahi hai, maine call kiya tha..main pucha ye company fraud hai kya.. Owner log kaise hai...kuch lafda hai kya.. o jo phone pay banda tha wo to worker tha usene bola company to sahi hai kuch gadbad nahi hai...par aapko jada information ke liye company ko mail karna padega...

Abhi financial result ka wait karo...uske baad hi pata chalega ..kya khel ho raha hai...

Worst sme ipo in this year.Abhi ye samaj nhi aa raha he GMP dekhe ke company past performance. Ye issue ne sab ko hila diya.ye issue ki vajah se ek dusre pe trust nhi karte log.

Don't understand much about market/IPO
What could be reason behind this s** show ?
is it because of 1) Giant size IPO & among them Whopping 42 % retail who rushed to sell on listing day (among most may be applied for listing gain only and move onto the next one.)
2) big heads didn't come to buy as they r interested to let it down more so as to take at very low P.E. ?
