It should have been out by now but looks like the registrar is overloaded due to many simultaneous issues resulting into delay.

I think it will be out after 5 PM Today.

Subscription is finaly 38+ times at 7.00 PM. My question is which bank allows subscription so late. until 7.00PM.

After cut off time, bank may take some time to verify n report the subscription figures to stock exchange. Then figures updated at stock exchange.

That does not mean bank is accepting up to that time

IS ANY BANK ALLOW TILL 4 PM OF LAST DAY
