U can apply as a guest for sme IPOs and the upi amount limit doesn't exceed 5 lacs. Good to apply and accept mandate after seeing the final subscription. 3rd party not allowed.
@Inhilli.. yes Proportionate. if HNI is subscribed 15x, any applicant who applied 15 lots will get 1 lot for sure. 30 lots applicant will surely get 2 lots.

@Avenue Thanks for clearing my doubt... that means, unlike main board IPOs, SME IPOs HNI is proportionate

New HNI rules not applicable to SME IPO. So old rules applied here.
So here RII Bidder application minimum lot & maximum is 1 lot for RII. Allotment of shares in Minimum i.e. - 1 lot In NII - application minimum - 2 lots Allotment - minimum 1 lot.
In my understanding even where new HNI / NII rules is applicable, For VHNI (above Rs10 L bidders), the minimum lot will be the 2L above lot (not 10L abovelot) and surplus will be proportinately distributed.
So both for Small HNI & Very HNI bidders, minimum lot for allotment is just 2L above. (for non institution bidders category) So the VHNI will not get minimum allotment in 10L + lot
Sir I have checked financial result for FY16 and FY17 is also good and stable . Strong client like Reliance ,Essar, LT and Gail. Average PAT ( 6years ) around 75 lakh .
