Nothing changed in the company last few days (next results date not known so far). People could have booked profit during market sell off. Hopefully will revere tomorrow (I am holding one lot for long term, its up to you as per your risk taking abilities.) All the best.

@priya: it has moved a lot in short time, much more than expectations, so it came down also speedily due to profit booking etc.
In my opinion, today is last day for LC here, tomorrow it may not hit LC, may be little bit down or up.....if you cant take much risk or can't hold for longer then better to sell once it comes again around 95-100 levels....

@mravi @lokes : on nse website, day b4 yest 1.8lakhs & yest 6.06lakhs shares bought/sold. was checking on nse screener & moneycontrol. promoter holding screener 73% & moneyc is 100% (unreliable). cant really ascertain if promoters have begun to release? request your valuable suggestion. TIA

one more thing i want to inform/remind here to everyone regarding hni thing, that don't just see hni subscriptions to apply and get allotment accordingly since here also shares movement will happen from hni to retail if hni subscription is lesser so have a look on final subscription figures mainly to apply in hni too. For example, as of now, taking current subscription numbers, don't think if you apply 2 lots in hni then you will be surely allotted, but consider it as 6 times means if you apply 6 lots in hni then 1 lot is sure.

NII portion is 50% and is fully subscribed, so no chance of spilling of shares in Retail

There is one clause in sme ipo which makes allotment equally for hni & rii.
Eg if rii is subscribed 10 times
And nii is subscribed 2 times
Both nii and rii are considered to be subscribed 6times (10+2 divide by 2)
This is applicable only for fixed price ipo and not book building.

Applied 10 lots here in hni.....if luck is there, will be allotted 1 lot, else its fine, not much interested too.

Anyways i give my opinion in respective pages.....for now LIC is a apply for me....sonu only if some little risk can be taken then apply.....remaining will check later....

@Lokes... regarding that shifting of shares from HNI to Retail. Does it happen only when difference is significant or always even if difference is less say 10-12%?
Any gap specific rule ?

I may apply if HNI crosses more than 10 X or so. CPY is looking decent. Only negative I see here is the LM (whose last 2 SME's IPO's - Richa, Evoq are flop). Kindly apply within your risk taking abilities.

Not yet (I don't intend to apply big lots here, it will be minimum lots to get 1 or 2). I will wait for the final subscription numbers to take call. (I want to go FF in LIC and big HNI's in other IPO's)

what oversubscription you are expecting in LIC HNI category ?
My guess is around 30X.
I am also planning FF in LIC

@shanm, mravi sir, i think HNI will cross 10x here and retail 20x, I have applied 2 retail and will apply 1 HNI of 10x..

Sonu Funds will be available for all three mainboard IPOs.
LIC fund should be available for at least 2 mainboard IPOs.
so at this point I am thinking to divide funds in between Sonu and LIC...

In Sonu HNI will cross 10x, Retail will cross 20x. so thinking of applying around 15 lot to target 1.

@MRavi.. A thing to consider, subscription in both IPOs you mentioned was much poor, as compared to expected figures of Sonu.

Many thanks for that information (I did not check the refund date or how the fund can be managed so far). You both have valid points, I would consider.

I did not go through other 3 main board IPO's in detail (lets see if the market stays healthy next week)

(p.s: for LIC, I am still confident 3 days there including Saturday, if market don't into another sell off, it will have good subscription. 🤞)

@avenue @MRavi and others: one more thing i want to add from multiple other sme ipo BOA that in sme i see final subscriptions normally very less in comparison to actual.....like in fone4 it was mentioned 14.7X times here but in actual allotment happened as per 10.3X, there are many rejections, upi not approving, and fake applications may be.
So here also, for example, if final total numbers are 15X etc then allotment may happen as per 11-12X in both categories after taking final correct/eligible applications.

Applied 15 Lots in HNI and 3 retail application..

@Lokes.. your point is valid, but here I am expecting HNI to cross 15x. Let's see
