Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that effective from Monday, September 23, 2024, the Equity Shares of Sodhani Academy of Fintech Enablers Limited shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of 'MT' Group of Securities. Further in terms of SEBI circular No. CIR/MRD/DP/02/2012 dated January 20, 2012; the scrip will be in Trade-for-Trade segment for 10 trading days.

As per the above BSE Circular no.72 dated 20-09-2024, the listing of the shares of the said company is on schedule.
Thereafter 6 more circulars have been issued on 20-09-2021 and 2 more circulars issued on 21st and 22nd September. Nothing speaks about delay in listing of this share.

Sir, i meant to say this from the point of original listing of 20th which has reduced Grey premiums since then. Still hoping small equity results listing being better than expected premiums @DEVBULL

Have you applied today's closing IPOs or missed it due to blocked amount in Sodhani ?

​@SVH Had kept some funds for todays IPOs. Covered all IPOs except Popular and Pelatro. Used three PANs for Main Board IPOs and two PANs for SME IPOs.

@PLAZA  This is a small size IPO. Heavily subscribed by HNI & Retail. Financials are some what better. No listed peer. IPO lucratively priced. Sole IPO on listing day. Backed by the promoter in the Stock market. Five FIIs and four QIBs have applied for 7.62 times. I expect not less than 25% profit on listing date. This may be a darkhourse also in view of small issue size. Let us wait and see the demand supply position on preopen secession for taking right decision.

Yes promoters linked with stock activity and based jaipur having good track record . Hope with a bumper listing as per HOS here...

​@DEVBULL You are luckyone in 71 lot appliactions as I passed in 60 lot but 70 lot applicant got no allotment due to less appliaction.

​@PLAZA  Just checked BoA. You are luckier than me as you have got against the ratio of 2:15 whereas mine is 1:4.
Regarding 70 lots zero allocation for 3 app, had I gone to 70 lots, it would become 3+1 app with one lot allocation and 71 lot size would become zero allocation because of 4 app – 1 app (me). So, it makes no difference for me.
Ok. Both are winners. Let us concentrate on performance of this share on Monday (Listing day).

​@DEVBULL Yes we both got allotment that's fact. I applied three application of same lot because earlier planning to apply one big application but looking the last hour spurt in subscription dropped idea and applied same lot multi application and leave on luck factor. Honestly being small issue and backed by same activity may surprise all .... Best of luck to all allottees.....
