The company used to be SIYARAM IMPEX PVT. LTD. (which wasn't actually a PVT. LTD company, they simply had put it up) later renamed to Siyaram Recycling Pvt. Ltd. after some official action was taken against them. They are going down the drain, they may have influenced the docs while filling for the IPO with BSE. I would advise everyone to avoid subscribing for the IPO. Even if you go for it don't look it for long term purpose.
Bhai 2-2 mahino tak employees ko salary nahi dete ye log...Na PF dete hai, na overtime dete hai aur upar se 36 hours continuous shift karne tak ko majbur karte hai... esi company k Ipo se kya hi fayda hone vala hai... IPO is literally overpriced

Jamnagar is ok but it should not have been Jamtara. That would have been great. Let us hope it gives benefits to allottees and shareholders unlike Jamtara.

Criminal proceedings against the Directors of the company The Assistant Commissioner of Customs, Principal Commissioner of Customs, Kandla (“Petitioners”) has filed Criminal Revision Application No. 538 of 2015 against our director and promoter, Mr. Ramgopal Ochhavallal Maheshwari, and others (“Respondents”) before the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad, referred to as the “Hon’ble Court”. The Respondents were engaged in importing scrap for manufacturing purposes in Jamnagar. The Petitioner alleged that while filing the Bill of Entry for the clearance of Mixed Brass Scrap, the Respondents violated sections 132 and 135 of the Customs Act, 1962, by concealing live cartridges and ammunitions within the scrap, which are considered as prohibited import items under the Indian Arms Act and the Customs Act. Consequently, a Complaint case (Criminal Case No. 523/1999) was filed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate's Court in Bhuj. On April 29, 2014, the Respondents were acquitted in this case. The Petitioner appealed to the Learned Court of the Additional Sessions Judge in Gandhidham, registered as Criminal Appeal No. 27 of 2014. However, the Petitioner lost the case, as indicated by the order dated March 30, 2015. In response to these unfavorable orders, the Petitioner has approached the Hon’ble Court for redressal. The matter is presently under adjudication before the Hon’ble Court.

@NeoLongus Nice work. Great information. These are quite serious allegations. Due to these issues, it may have chosen BSE instead of NSE. Clearance from BSE may be somewhat easy.
@NeoLongus @Priyanka Meghwal Said (In Asarfi) 6.0 Numerous cases against company related to property and death of patients.. Plz read litigation in drhp.. @IPO ALLOTEE Said (In Asarfi) 6.1The land on which the company is building its cancer hospital itself is in legal dispute. @SME INVESTOR Said (In Asarfi) 6.2 Surprisingly @DD sir has not commented anything about this. Sir, whats your opinion in the legal dispute for land of cancer hospital @Logij Kumar Said (In Asarfi) 6.3 Nothing new, Every land is disrupted in India unless proven otherwise. Generally hospitals built on these lands have advantage of not being shifted even if found wrong. They may be fined or charged at circle ⭕ rate that is quite low. So business would be immune except small hiccups. Does it (Litigations/Charges Against) Impacted GMP or Listing Gains .. ?? Asarfi Listed +99%

Financials look good at first glance. LM is Hem. Obviously likely to be oversubscribed heavily, considering the sme boom going on
@Sound Investing 💎Jamnagar was formerly known as the Brass City because it houses more than 5,000 large-scale and 10,000 small-scale workshops that manufacture brass items. Most workshops are in and around the industrial estates of Shankar Tekri, GIDC Phase-III, M P Shah Udhyognagar, and Dared GIDC-II Industrial estate. The workshops make brass parts and extruded rods for export. Jamnagar is the largest producer of brass items in India.💎
💎Saffron is the most expensive spice in the world and is considered to be the life of Indian royal food. Also known as 'red gold', Kashmiri saffron was given a GI tag in the international market, which increased its importance even more.💎
