Questions to experts like Septa, EE, Gamble, etc. For applying throuh HNI application in IPO, suppose i want to apply for for 10 lakhs or 75 lots approximately, and if I want to get IPO funding from some financial institution,
1. Which institution is giving such IPO funding (please say some banks or NBFC like equitas etc.) 2. I talked to my broker regards this IPO funding, but he is asking blank cheque, I feel that check has to be given for only the specific amount for which IPO funding is done. It looks dangerous when he asks for blank check..what are your inputs guys and gals.
Frustating. Do not know how to analyse this IPO. There were profit of 26.5 crore last year and I do not find "Equity Shares outstanding after the Issue" anywhere. So basically i do not know what will be EPS..
EPS = Total Profit/Equity Shares outstanding and PE = 815/EPS
By my assumption it comes around ~ 275
What''s 1st mover advantage? It''s not a niche company. Any one having 5 people can start their own security agency.
Experts, please enlighten me with any more details you have (refer: only RHP)
Thanks @ Shrewd Trader, I have not found this value anywhere :) Now, EPS = 9 05 41 00 00 (Conso...)/73 159 160 = Rs. 12.38 PE = 815/ 12.38 = 65.85 Net Profit Margin = (9 05 41 00 00/45 771 22 00 00)*100 = 1.98 % The company is working on 2% margin, has a growth rate of 18.85% and asking for PE of 65.. Being a value investor, I am not going to apply. Others, it''s your money and your call. Cheers :)
Beware small investors there are many paid agents are here. They are wrongly compare SIS with Quess. Even BRLM also wrongly compared this to Quess. I want to give some highlights of BRLM. They handled 54 IPOs in last 3 years. Out of 54 total 15 IPOs listed below issue price. More than 25% IPOs below issue price. This is very huge in this condition. In last 3 years market Sensex increased from 21000 to 32000. BRLM''s credit is also questionable here.

Still Many Over Smart Will Apply, Thinking it will give returns like Sheela Foam.
There are no real peers. Some so called experts are manipulating small investors to apply for this highly priced IPO. This forum is a gem. Checkout the analysis of experts like Septa, Gamble and others.
Hello splash SIS Anchor Book is 6x over subscribed. Major names are Abu Dhabi Investment Authority - ADIA, Reliance MF, Birla MF, Sundaram MF, TATA MF, DE Shaw, Amundi, Ashburton, BNP Paribas.
I know its 6x subscribed but if you see the anchor names except for Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (Ultra cash rich player, who you saw in 5/6 issues as anchor out of 10) others are small fund houses like (Baroda, BNP, IDFC, TATA, Sundaram etc) who didn''t get chance in other IPO''s.
The SIS P/E is at 65+ and P/BV is at 10.31 (In the market when NIFTY is 10,000+ and people started to book profit). So as per my senses, it''s a clear avoid.
