As per Chittorgarh the RII subscription on 31st July is 2.0600 times but as per @baskaran, RII subscription at 1PM on 1st Aug is 1.72 times. Which is correct?

Really confused for this IPO. 1) It is had highly priced. 2) SIS requires money to clear their debts. Is it goining to give us atlest anything positive. Please comment your review. Only fair and related comments please.
I heard SME ipo are bigger risk and that there may not be buyers when we want to sell. what is your view point, and how do you work out on SME IPO. i m not sure much on this concept. Eager to know how people are able to trade in this. Pls pen down few inputs.
Yes SME IPO are bigger risk but I have clearly mentioned that I have sold the application in Subject 2 at huge premium. So If I am lucky I''ll get good profit, if not, I will not be in any loss.
@ Shivajee: I have applied for Total Transport and have sold all my applications at subject to allotment rate of Rs. 45,000/-. This means that if I get any allotment my broker shall pay me Rs. 45,000 /- irrespective of the listing price. Its kind of kostak but the money is paid only if one gets allotment. Its usually done in SME IPOs as the size of the IPO is very small.
The company is spread in too many markets. Yet most of the sales are coming from Security business. Comparing the PE is difficult with Quess Corp or Teamlease as they don''t specifically provide/Train Security Professionals (which has its own challenges). To handle 1.5 Lakh employees in itself is a huge risk.
I am not feeling confidant in applying.
