No, you can apply only one application per person (PAN number).
Even though you have accounts in different demat or bank but you must apply from one only else your application will get reject.

Only retail subscribed so far for SIS and hardly only thousands of app for NII and QII is nil

Naa naa karte huye bhi, pahle din hee SIS 2 times subscribe hua.

It means it shall cross minimum 20 times on last day due to smaller portion for RII (only 10%, i.e. 9,62,061 shares) which is less than Salasar (50%, i.e. 16,60,500 shares).
