I agree with you revenue up by 80% and assets also double as per given 4 years financial.
But main concern is PAT. PAT is same after 4 financial year and borrowing is very high. In last one year borrowing increase by 600 cr. And also FV is 1 So liquidity is very high in market. High liquidity in stock not pumped. This is my personal view.
But wait for your final call apply or not.

This companies business model is such that after a particular revenue and Control in Variable costs the Net profit starts coming

It's not strange, it's lack of knowledge,....
If company is loss making then only able to allocate 10% to retailers as per SEBI norms

Four continuous years of losses. Fave value of ₹ 1 is being priced at ₹ 380/-. I donot find any meaning. Ofcourse companies and merchant bankers are free to price at any rate, but innocent investors tend to lose money. Earlier there was CCI (controller of capital issues) who will approve premium for ipos. CCI may not be needed in this free market now, but there must be some framework from sebi or any other monitoring agency to see that ipos are not very expensively priced to safeguard small investors, who are the backbone of the capital markets.

Sir I have seen this type of msgs in many IPOs if we talk about recent IPOs than in Avalon, mankind, yatharth, concord, tvs supply, landmark, medanta, bikaji and many more but look at what price they are trading. Let market the decide what is fair value of company. Happy investing 🙏🏻

Guys i have brought affordable flat from Signature Global project "The Millenia Sector 37-T6/405- Gurugram" in 2017 and we were supposed to get possession in 2021 but till date 2023 still no possession .
Builder has so corrupt link with Haryana Govt Authorities that they gave OC in JAN 2023 even the building still under construction. No one here homebuyers complains...there are such 19 projects in Gurugram where such things happening.
So be careful this is not professionally managed company its just some corrupt business personal aligned with politicians to fool innocent people.
Avoid this IPO as the financial books shown may not be true.

IPO applicants beware. loss making Companies with FV Re.1/- are—SAMHI and SIGNATURE GLOBAL—aiming to raise thousands of crores of Rupees making use of ongoing Bull Market euphoria. This is the time to exercise caution. My sense is that both the Stocks will be available in discount in a couple of months. Despite attractive premium quotes in Chittorgarh site, I am refraining from applying taking cues from PAYTM and ZOMATO experience.

Finally RHP filed yesterday by another loss making company after a long long time.
