I have opened a new account in Zerodha. Have received
user ID & TPIN etc. through mail from Zerodha. But I am not able to log in.
For assistance contacted Zerodha support nos. but they ask for support code which can only be obtained after logging in.
seniors please let me know what to do or if any direct no. of Zerodha helpline is available.

TPIN is used for verifying and selling stock on CDSL.

Try forgot password option and then set the password.

I take my statement back with Apology

I studied the unit economics and Real estate cycle foe the year deeply and arrived at a point that they may cloak Breakeven at Net level

Like -20 cr to +10 cr
And not PAT at 100 cr

So reconsider that point with this

But sticking to my Revenue assumption
Studied again and arrived at the same figure

FACE VALUE 10 ki jagah 1 karke 385 pe bechana chahti hai. means 3850 per share price hua. Itna to RRKABLE ka bhi nahi tha...

Beware of such companies..

It depends on the amount of capital to be raised by firm. suppose there are three firms X Ltd issues shares at Rs.10 Y Ltd at Rs.5 per share and Z Ltd Rs.1 per share

the point is u want to invest in shares u are more likely to invest in Z Ltd because its shares have least value comparing to others.Companies split their shares to improve liquidity, increase demand of their shares from the retail investor and improve the company’s valuations. companies share’s face value varies and also the rate of dividend. its all a Psychological trap to get more number of investor. usually small investor don’t invest in shares with high face value and it may be that due to high face value investors not be interested though those shares may have high dividend rates, many investors may be not distinguish between face value and dividend per share.

so from point of view of business Rs.1 per share is best face value as u need pay less dividend on them and from point of view of investor Rs.10 may be best face value as it offers higher rate of dividend

investor must be more conscious before investing in shares. they must make a comparative study about company, their past performance, rate of dividend offered and what other firms offer.

There are so many new accounts giving analysis about this IPO..

I think they are doing more damage than good.. 😅😅

There is a high chance of refund being received by 25/26th September as linkintime has followed T+3 in several IPOs. And JSW will close on 27th, so we can utilise the funds in case there is no allotment.

Hi Experts - Third party application question
I have minor demat account with sharekhan and have linked minor ICICI bank account to receive dividends. I have been submitting minor IPO application using SBI/Yono App (which is my account) till now.
Post Dec 1st - I will not be able to file IPO application in this route, thus wanted to see what are the options that I have.
1. Can I apply using minor ICICI bank account to apply for IPO? (I believe this works only when you have Demat with ICICIDirect)
2. Any other alternatives?

Use offline application if you are unable to submit minor application from his/her own bank account. I am submitting my daughter's application via pnb offline asba form.

I download the form from bse/nse site and fill it and submit it pnb branch. I have my daughter's account in pnb.
