It's simple for me will not add both in my portfolio but for listing gains I may go for both(high risk moderate return)only if QIB bidds more than 5-7k crore.whether hni/retail is yet to be decided. :)

Company is a real estate developer with focus on Gurgaon micro market It has 29 ongoing projects with potential development of 21 msqft and is planning 19 projects with potential development of 24 msqft. YoY in 22-23, the revenue from operation has increased 67% however number of units sold has dropped 35%. This could be due to more deliveries than sales resulting in higher revenue recognition. It also signifies that due to lower sales this year, revenue recognition could be lower in coming years. Annual collections are increasing at 57% CAGR over last 3 years, and this is confirmed by high cash with banks. Due to RERA, this cash could be used by company only on delivery, hence speed of execution is important. IFC is selling through OFS, its acquisition price being Rs 417 per share in 19-20 and IPO price being Rs 385 per share. Including 2 years of interest, IFC is exiting as big discount, it seems. Pre IPO book value per share is Rs 4 As per shareholders listed as on date of RHP, 18% of pre-IPO shareholders seem to be from Public category while page 86 of RHP shows public shareholders at 21.64%. It means around 3.5% of shareholding with promoter family is classified as public which can be sold on listing day. Senior boarders may double check for errors, if any. YoY around Rs 1000 cr increase in inventory as against Rs 650 cr increase in sales. Horrible cash flow for 22-23, would be even worse except for Rs 200 cr increase in trade payables and Rs 413 cr increase in other current liabilities. Not sure if delaying payments to vendors for managing cash flow will be sustainable for long. Company disclosed it had 963 employees as on 31-Mar-23. As per EPFO, there are 7 entities registered as Signature Global and they have deposted PF of around 400 employees for Aug-23. Company booked Rs 33 cr as loss on account of derivative fair value reduction and Rs 26 cr as goodwill impairment charge. Loss on valuation of derivative fair value also happened in 21-22. Not sure what derivatives company is playing with and what risk management practice it has to limit such losses. YoY, rates and taxes have doubled, commission & brokerage has gone up 3X, Donation and charity up 80%, software implementation charge up 2X, loss on foreign exchange fluctuation 3X. Some of the directors have been involved with SMC global securities and related entities. Not sure if they are part of the same family. If it is, then it is a heady cocktail of securities trading, real estate and commodities. Decent anchor book

@Kapz To me, some of the SME issue seem to be more reasonable compared to mainboard. With too many issues not able to read all RHP's in detail I guess LM are eager to beat Sept deadline and avoid filing fresh DRHP, so pushing many SME IPO's

@YBPK thanks for sharing your valuable inputs. Really appreciate it. 🙏 Agree, the recent glut of IPOs is leaving very little for the new investors. Hope it ends with this month.

Just curious to know
Why no one was interested to buy IRFC around 23-26 but now gung-ho to buy in range of 70-80? Just wait and see how many OFS govt. is going to bring in this bull market.
Always stay away from retailers driven stocks which are over-owned by retailers because when retailers will press exit button there won't be sufficient absorber.

Completely agree with you. Recent rally in psu bank and rail stocks is mainly driven by retailers. Not sure about psu banks but rail stocks has made its highs and will not be visited any time soon.
OFF TOPIC SJVN PSU OFS opens today for Non Retail 667 cr plus 667 cr Total 1334 cr worth of shares at floor price of 69 against yesterday closing of 82. Tomorrow for Retail 134 cr worth of shares with green shoe option. Comments are welcome
Hello, since is market is on down trend and current ipos are not that attractive, Could i request all IPO Mentors and IPO Guru to suuggest some option in secondary market? I have some fund available and dont want to miss opportuniy. I am not good at analysis.
@MAMU In this counter there is not much volume in grey with my broker......not getting tradeable rate also.......what about your end??....How is the volumes and sub 2 and BHNI RATE if any??
The biggest saving grace of this issue is P/BV of 0.8. The possibility of saving some interest cost by IPO proceeds and large orders in hand can turn the Company profitable in near future. It also has fairly long history of 23 years.
If QIB's (which are reserved 75%) can come tomorrow, the issue can be interesting for listing gains.
Dear kapz, Please🙏 advice on skp bearing buy at 152/-, shri techtex 84/ And synopotics 162/-, sebi curb on sme company, loss in synopotics and shri techtex But cover skp, please 🙏 suggest can out from these company. Thanks
@DHARMENDRA SHARMA Sir, I understand your pain, as most of us, who have substantial portfolio in SME stocks, have seen a significant hit in last few weeks. The current trend only favours listing gains or long term holders. Short to medium term holders may be affected the most. As I’m generally a long term holder, I’m holding all three stocks you mentioned as I believe in them at the price I got. You’ll have to take a decision per your comfort level.
If it gives any comfort..big bulk buy deal was done last month by Taparia family (who are into multiple businesses) in Shri Techtex at same price as yours.
