@gangadhar ji - For this particular IPO you had to apply for minimum 172 lots to get 1 confirmed lot. Below 172 lots it will be a lottery. I was myself so close to being pulled into a lottery because i applied for 190 lots.

for a mement i shocked and were silent for few seconds..

even i seen application again for moment kahi pahla wala toah nahi dekh raha hu

There is too less chance of allotment because high subscription figure so there is no way to blame big share.
I also not got anything in HNI and retail lottery both.
