Kotak Bank allows online ASBA for minor though you need to have the minor''s account there. But Kotak Bank does not allow demat account for minor. So I had demat account with HDFC Bank. Now to sell any IPO allotment, I have to do a offline market transfer to my demat account and then sell thru my trading account.

Now I have opened a minor trading / demat account with ProStock. That solves several of the above problems.

Sir I have already opened bank account in the name of minor now I am going to open trading account in the name of minor also. but my question is if there is Bank not allowing online transaction for minors account then how can I apply for IPO?

Dear mentor ipo,

I am using yes bank where minor saving account is linked with my savings account NetBanking and from this I am applying with blocking funds directly from minor saving account.

BOB was allowing to add third party applicant but now they have stopped.

Check if you or your spouse have account with
SBI, AXIS, FEDERAL, atleast I am aware that these banks still allows to add applicant with any PAN number.

Your minor BoB savings account you can use for receiving the fund when you sell shares in minor demat account.
For applying IPO you can still use your or your spouse savings account, only condition is your bank should have this facility to apply for ipo Application with third party pan and demat number.

So your grey market calculation is giving PE of 20 odd which is nice in current market. Wish promoters are liberal enough to set issue price at 320 at PE 13.51.

Burger King is 10% up from my recommendation. Person with short-term view can book his profit at around 170. It can achieve 200+ if market sustains Time Frame: One month.

Hi experts, need advise. If I open Demat account in my minor son''s name with my PAN number as his guardian, will there be any issue if I apply IPO from my demat and the newly opened demat in my son''s name.
Both, my and my son''s demat will have the same PAN attached.. will it be considered duplicate.
Please advise.

Yes
It will be considered duplicate. Instead you can open a demat account on your minor son''s name.
AL you need is aadhar card. With aadhar you can get PAN. With PAN you can open demat account. Opening minor account with prostocks is very easy.

For riksy investors, can try to invest in YAARII digital services or Dhani services Ltd. These companies are revamping themselves and trying to be internet based companies.

If their plan would be successfully the it might give 10 times returns. YAARII recently got investment from Morgan Stanley.

@Grow India, you have to fill DIS slip and sent it to the broker where you have minor account. If you do not have DIS than ask your minor broker to provide it.

To avoid this DIS transfer process, you can open demat account of Minor in prostocks. Prostocks provides online sell of shares held in minor account.
