Company business has been demerged. Is the financials shown is consolidated or only for Shri Tech continued business, has to be find out. Further impact of financials after demerger also needs to be understand. Otherwise looks good.

In the DRHP (Page 103), Company is saying
"In last 3 years we have derived our revenue from exports from countries namely USA, Taiwan, Canada, Denmark and China. However, recently, we have started focusing more on domestic market for products manufactured by us".
