Dear friends, @ Kappo ji is asking about dark horse and not visible or well known horse. Dark horse means 'अप्रत्याशित विजेता'. a candidate or competitor about whom little is known but who unexpectedly wins or succeeds. So, Chaman Mettalic and Earthstahl etc do not qualify for that category. Therefore, my vote for dark horse goes to 'Lead Reclaim and Rubber Products'.

Why do you believe only in dark horse ? Sometimes it proves to be white elephant.
I think it is better to find bright horse.
I know that no one can stop any one to share/get information in this forum.
It's difficult to get "bright horse". But believe in yourself.

So the Co is floating the IPO to majorly sell its shares, like out of 35Cr, just Fresh shares part is just 6Cr, ie 17% or so. Rest 83% is being raised by selling off the Companies' promotors' shares.

So far, I have not seen an SME Co floating the IPO to sell off their shares.

Looks risky bet to me.... What do you think?

Shera's management seems to be experienced. Having this much sale for this type of competitive industry is not an easy game. Margins are generally low and this industry requires lot of working capital in hand. That's why debt being there should not be that much bothering. If company is able to add Rs.8.5cr to shareholder's fund in 2022-23, 7cr in 2021-22 and 5cr in 2020-21 , no one should ignore this issue.

Agar IPO acche se bhar gaya, to fir aage kahan tak business growth karega? Issue to already fully priced hai.. aur IPO se pehle thoda bahut upar neeche to hua hoga books pe..

To retail investors ke paise kaise banenge? Is valuation pe itna risk koi SME me kyon le? Paise fookne hee hain to Adani me risk kyon na le.. Doobne ke chances kam.. Doob bhi gaye to atleast dil ko tassali de denge ki acchi banks sath doobe..

Bas 1 accha sa reason de do ki ek normal retail investor ko IPO me apply kyon karna chahiye jab chances hain ki issue price ke neeche milega?

Company has 110 crore borrowing and fresh ipo is for 5-6 crore only .company shall be in huge loans Evan after IPO. Ipo seems for poket filling of promoters .how our controllers are evaluating ? There must be sufficient earnings where all dept might be paid in 5-7 years .unless why on premium ?

Yes HNI may be touch 300x but retail will not cross 60,000 applicants ( max 65x)

It's important that the Listing of the share may be decent irrespective of the higher Subscription. 😝😜😎
